30 minutes wait and mean workers

First off the staff at this location is very nice.
However, this store has a major mold and or mildew issue.
Every time we walk into this store our throats start to get irritated and remain irritated for at least 30 minutes to hour after. This issue isn’t new as we’ve been visiting this location for 2 years now, and every time we shop here it’s the same thing. It makes us avoid the store during most visits to the mall.
Again the staff is very nice, but the smell and irritation makes it an unpleasant experience and makes us concerned for the health of the workers in the store.

This store ALWAYS smells so BAD!!! I try to look around but the smell is offensive enough to make me leave after 30 seconds. Either they need to deep clean the carpet, or hire people who shower and use deodorant.

A rare FYE store inside Menlo Park. The store seems pretty old. It appeared little dark and smelly to me. But they lots of good stuff. Games, Vinyl, dvds, posters, t-shirts, and many more merchandise based on comics, movies and popular TV shows. Prices of items are pretty high. Not many associates in the store.

I went to the store on the 21st on January. There were two employees who were absolute angels. They were funny and made my dad. Highly recommend going because the workers are always friendly.

I went there to buy a couple kpop albums!! As someone who has been judged in the past for liking kpop, I was scared about if they were going to say anything or give me a weird look: but the cashiers were very nice and helpful and the selection was very broad as well. Though expensive, I will 100% be coming back.

The FYE store at Menlo Park Mall is awesome where I bought 2 shirts one Godzilla shirt and one Texas Chainsaw Massacre Leatherface shirt. Plus I also bought the Marvel Legends Kenner Retro 3.75 inch action figures of the Marvel Heroes Wolverine and Falcon from the Avengers team this year. FYE is one of my best favorite stores I enjoy going to for me buying shirts and action figures where the FYE store at Menlo Park mall deserves a 10 out of 10. 100%???????????????

an employee was very rude to me because i was buying a kpop album. throughout the entire purchase he sighed and said "man i love kpop!" in a really sarcastic tone. if he hates kpop so bad i suggest maybe he shouldn't work in a music store !!
