To get a refund back in cash they will fight you till the death for it. Absolutely ridiculous! Don’t buy from GameStop unless you for sure know you don’t want to return what you bought. They don’t tell you that you only have up to 72 hours or something along those lines from purchased to return, and it’s not indicated on the receipts either. And GameStop’s customer service over the phone is a he said/she said ordeal. You’re fortunate to receive a great customer service representative that actually cares.

I bought a warranty for a year, I came for the warranty and did not receive new things, they said that they changed the plan and they no longer know the new one, I have to go somewhere to replace the used one

Blair was incredibly helpful. Me and my fiancé had been looking everywhere for particular amiibos. I had called up and he was so happy to help and he put aside one of them for me even when I was right around the corner. When I got to the store he immediately greeted me and without even asking, he pulled up the other stores which had the other ones I was looking for in stock. I was so thrilled with the experience and my fiancé was even happier to fill her collection. Thank you!

My Daughter is a Hello Kitty fan, her boyfriend baught her the most adorable Hello Kitty headset. Customer Service was great, the associate asked if we wanted "protection" on the headset, of course we said Yes. Was a lovely shopping experience.

Employee named Blair that works at this location is by far the best associate I’ve come across in all the gamestops I’ve shopped at. Very nice, very helpful and made my purchase as smooth as possible. Respectful and full of manners!

I really enjoyed my time spent at this particular Gamestop. The employees are very helpful, fun to talk to, and are very knowledgeable. Talk to Steve in particular if you want your head to spin in a good way. He's extremely smart and knows exactly what he's doing. Briaan is great as well but I spent most of my time conversing with Steve since Briaan was busy. I felt like Steve was some kind of Guru who belongs teaching in a classroom. Ask about his existential philosophy. It will blow your mind. In any case, I will continue to go to this Gamestop. It will become one of my favorite spots to frequent.

Not sure if it’s the store’s rigid policy or just the Asian guy with beard giving me hard time exchanging a shirt that’s not worn. Lost the receipt yes but with the tag attached, only asking for a size exchange for crying out loud. Nasty!

I don't know what it is but the service is a hit or miss depending on who takes care of you, don't get me wrong they all seem nice but my BF got a bittersweet experience last time he went to this specific location the sales associate wouldn't want to let him redeem something just because he didn't want to renew his pro card
