“I placed an online order last Thursday, and it said it would take 5–10 days to be ready for in-store pickup. Today (Friday), I decided to stop by just in case it had already arrived but hadn’t been processed yet, since it’s a gift for February 14th (tomorrow).
When I arrived at BoxLunch, Amanda helped me. She was incredibly kind and took the time to assist me, even though my order hadn’t arrived yet. I knew it might not be ready — I just wanted to check. She gave me advice and showed me other options so I wouldn’t leave empty-handed.
Around 12:40 PM, Amanda personally called me to let me know that my order had arrived and that she would have it ready for me. She absolutely did not have to do that — normally you just receive a confirmation email. But because I told her it was an important gift for me, she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.
I truly appreciate her kindness and dedication. She was thoughtful, helpful, and genuinely caring. I’m extremely happy with the service I received. Amanda is amazing, and if possible, she deserves recognition for being such a wonderful employee!”

“I got a crystal made for my parents' anniversary. It came out great. They did my parents' wedding photo from 1984 and I just can't believe the detail they were able to capture. My parents loved it, and even my dad couldn't hold his tears. These guys helped me to give the best gift I have ever given to my parents. They definitely exceeded my expectations.
