Doctors and nurses barely respond. I understand they’re busy but they are just not responsive enough. All equipment are old and everything takes time. The people are good but the system is broken.

Woulda given them 5stars but my nurse, he didn't put any fluids in my IV and I was feeling dehydrated. The staff were very caring and I got in quick, rather surprising. I appreciate the help. I guess it's tough when there's no rooms available and its overcrowded. I am giving a better rating for better Care ?

Nurse Maureen Melodyn took such great care of me as I went through stress test. The entire staff of the Electrodiagnostic Lab was caring and attentive.
