Called Hi Fi today after wasting time with the dealership that installed my auto start. I was having a problem with it being stuck in valet mode. I spoke to Joey and explained the situation and gave him the information I had about the brand/model of the system. He explained that he used to install them and could take a look but that, depending on the problem, he may or may not be able to fix it. I stopped in on my way back from picking it up at the dealership and Joey was able to fix the issue in less than TEN SECONDS!!!!
Thank you, Joey, for your exemplary customer service! I appreciate your honesty and respect for my time as well! I will definitely be referring family and friends to you going forward!

Great place for all your after market essentials ! Joey shown great customer service and was very helpful getting my new jbl speakers installed into my jeep. Will definitely come again as I was very satisfied with their work ! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for their services.

I got my dual 10 subwoofer system installed and the manager and staff were very helpful and answered all the questions I had about the system, as I am uneducated with audio systems. Over the phone they told me that the anc cable needed to be disconnected which I was aware of and that led me to choose them as the installers. No other company I called mentioned that. Customer services was amazing and the glad I choose Hi Fi!
