Bought a piece of furniture from Wayfair. Had an issue with the product, which was well out of warranty. Contacted J&M for assistance, they went above and beyond to accommodate me by sending me replacement parts free of charge! Top of the line customer service. Thanks so much

Nice people in the store to deal with. Delivery was on time, delivery people went above and beyond and the furniture looks beautiful. Not to mention the price was very good.

After loading the furniture on my truck carefully piece by piece they emailed my boss that I threw the stuff on the truck and they are not responsible for any damage which is totally lie they will do anything to get out of responsibility

Walked into J&M to purchase furniture for my living room and I was greeted with only a “Hello” from a man behind a desk who was engaged in a personal phone call. As I walked throughout the store, never once did an employee approach me and ask me if I needed assistance with anything. What I did notice was a Russian lady demanding the supervisor to give her more of a discount (he already has given her $1,400 off her purchase), and the employees paying much attention to her. The lady also stated to the supervisor, “I thought this was a Russian owned store! Tell them I’m Russian! You need to do better!” At this time, I figured no one cared for my business and told the employees, “I guess no one wants to help me. You’re all worried about giving this women a discount instead of seeing if I would like to purchase an item. I’ll take my business elsewhere.” The same man who did a mere, “Hello” earlier replied, “I guess I can help you if you want.” Word to the wise - go where your business is welcomed because it is not welcomed here.

This store is so pricey. You will get same furniture from India they will ship to you directly. Customer care is none. The person in checkout counter is has attitude so much, they think they only have good furniture but trust me you will get better and unique furniture from macys , target too. You no need to pay extra money there. Specially Indian customer I suggest India people do shipment with half of price what u see price in store. And you will get unique chairs and table from macys too

great selection of leather sectional. All furniture is pricey so bring your wallet, make sure it's full. Customer service is top notch. This will be my go to place for all my furniture needs.

Great quality of furniture and What is important that they have great selection of furniture on display in the show room and when we selected the couch we we surprised that the couch was right there on stock So they delivered in about a week to our house Usually whenever you go is is up to 4 months of waiting Stuff is very friendly and helpful

I got my Bedroom Furniture from J&M. It’s a very good store and very friendly people. The service they provide during the purchasing and delivery and installation process was really good.However the after sales service is just pathetic... The mattress I bought started sinking in just 1 week of delivery. I called them a few times sent them pictures of the product as they asked and there is absolutely no response from them. Maybe they just delivered a bad mattress and now they don’t want to help replace it. PLEASE DO NOT BUY MATTRRSSES FROM THEM. They did not even care to acknowledge that it can go bad. I sent them pictures once and then again after 2 weeks I call them and they say we don’t see the damage. Send us the pictures in a different manner. So I did that. It’s been 2 weeks to that and still not even acknowledging call or text that what’s going on. This is really very bad after sales service when you have this big stores.

My boyfriend & I are 27 & 28 years old. We walked in with our 1 year old daughter and was not greeted by anyone. We are a young African American couple. I am an operations manager & my boyfriend is a senior account business executive. You wouldn't know that based on how we were dressed this day. Anyway, we walked into this place looking for a couch to put in our living room. None of the staff that were close to the door had on masks & no one was 6ft apart. We were eyeballed up and down by 2 older men who seem to have been the owners. One of them got up and finally asked how he could help us. We said we were just looking for the time being, the man then says, "I'll go to the back & see what we have." Which didn't make sense because we didn't ask to see anything specific. We stayed for about 10 mins and the guy never came back. As we headed out and walked past the second man, he also said nothing to us not even a "have a nice day". We couldn't even make it to the parking lot before my boyfriend & I began discussing the demeanor of the staff. Just because we didn't look a certain way, we felt extremely mistreated. This place has a vast majority of leather couches. No variety whatsoever. We never judge anyone based on how they look or their nationality. We were ready to spend any amount of money on the perfect couch & sadly for them, the opportunity will never represent itself. The parking lot isn't very professional either. It looks like a truck stop.

If you're young and go to this store, be prepared to be treated less than. The sale associate didn't greet me while walking in, didn't assist me, didn't even say goodbye etc. the sales associate watched me, and the others I was with, walk around the store. We were there for about 20 min. A few people that came in after us (older folks) were greeted, told to sit and enjoy the store. I am in my 30s and was VERY much prepared to buy a few pieces of furniture with cash. I loved many pieces here but, unfortunately for the sales associate, he missed out. I can find better pieces elsewhere and be treated with respect. Maybe J&M stands for judgey & mediocre. Make sure you wear your Sunday's best when walking into this store.
