I dropped three small clothes-made bags, a water bottle and a pair of shoes to mail back to China last October. I was asked by the staff at the store to separate them into 4 boxes to be easier to get cleared from Chinese custom. So I did and paid extra cuz of separating into 4 boxes.However, it is February now. And all 4 boxes are all not arrived since last October, which is about 4 months. I tried to contact the staff and at first he responded the WeChat saying to wait. Now he totally ignored my WeChat. It was my grandma ‘s birthday gift for December. However, it is February NOW and she keeps asking me. I don’t know what I can do.Really disappointed for this service. Please stay away to avoid your potential loss!

I am usually very patient for international shipping, but after more than 5 weeks without update, I need to chat with their staff (He told me his name is Huang, but won't disclose his full name) All I got is "There's nothing we can do about your shipping, we didn't do anything wrong. Please don't argue with me..." Dude, I am not arguing with you, all I need is a update for my shipping. Your last update for my package was more than 5 weeks ago...And you are telling me I am messing up with you??? Also they only take cash, which is super fishy.... Anyway, just want to share my experience here, won't come back anymore.

Stay FAR AWAY from this place! This is a one-man store. The owner Jay, at the counter, is unprofessional and quick-tempered. I went in Friday night to drop off package, then Saturday noon requesting to cancel shipment. He shouted and cursed when nobody was inside his store. A fee was charged.iShip vs. USPS: iShip takes AT LEAST 3 weeks. USPS takes 7 to 14 days. iShip is cheaper than USPS, but shipping time is too long. Time is money! In the end, USPS delivered my package in exactly 10 days.iShip uses its internal planes and container ships, so packages leave on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Using iship since moved to New Jersey, it’s been over 4 years. All I want to say is they are the most reliable shipping company. If you search around, so many shipping company just appear a period of time and then closed. This is my true feeling, choose the stable and reliable one.

Never answered my phone call. Never responded to my message on wechat. Never got my package even if it has been a month. Almost the same rate for international shipping from usps, however I got my usps package in 10 days. IShip is the worst shipping agency, I believe. Will never use again.

I used iship for both domestic & international shipping several times. I have received very good service every time. They helped me pack items securely, and made efforts to find different shipping pricing options. Their delivery estimates were accurate too. I have never experienced package loss with them. Highly recommend!
