This is a first rate auto service shop! We brought a new car here with an emergency issue and they made time to take a look at our problem and fixed us up quickly and got us back on the road. Highly recommend this place and I’d trust them with my car any day.

Jack is awesome! I visited several mechanic shops in the weekend, they were either not have people working in the weekend or too busy, then I found this place. This guy is a complete nightmare. I paid him big bucks to fix my car and it sat there outside for months with no work being done. I can't even get into it but will say any good reviews for this place has to be family related. Steer clear!The man is a smooth talking, half asleep con artist.Should be reported to the BBB.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Unfortunately a tree fell onto my car but more unfortunately I went with my insurance recommended body shop. Never again! Job took twice as long as it should have. Seriously lacking in customer service

If you're looking for a place where someone actually takes pride in their work, is honest and kind, look no further!!Talk about the absolute best auto service around! My hub is a mechanic, but someone hit us and broke our driver side mirror, so we would rather go to a third party. We decided to try Jack's because of his excellent reviews and him being so close to our house. Man were we impressed!! He met us right away and was very understanding of the situation. He allowed me to keep my car while he received the mirror and painted it, he called me all along the way to keep me in the loop. I dropped my car off and within the hour my mirror was installed to perfection and ready to go! I've had similar service within the Bonhamtown area and have always been disappointed, whether it took weeks longer to fix or my car came back messed up with new problems. Not with Mr Jack!! I could go on forever here, He is the asolute best!! Excellent prices, excellent work, just all around excellent!! Thank you so much Mr Jack, if we ever need work again we will be going straight to you without hesitation! ?Services: Painting

I just picked up my 2013 Subaru, which got a new front bumper, one fender panel, and all the brackets, liners, etc needed to install them properly. Paint match is perfect and the car looks new again.Jack is old school - nothing slick about him or his shop. Don't let that fool you - he is very knowledgeable, creative, and detailed. A true professional.

There is no Jack's auto service actually. I car had problems and was a about to stall so put maps to This place which isn't even there in the complex. There was another auto repair shop which was supposed to be open till 5pm but guess what no one was there at 4pm when car stalled right at this place. I had to call my insurance to tow my car to another auto repair then.

Stood all day with him couldn't fix an overheating problem at the end of the day said it was done both fans were running engine lite was on and tells me it's fine this will not pass inspection and something is not working right at all while two fans are running and still wants to charge me money went back to him he disconnected everything and still wanted to charge me money for this most of the time he kept on looking at the manual to figure out how to fix his problem I asked him if you knew how to install this and he said yes I don't think he knows much about electronic work or computers on cars all he had to do to put a fan control switch in that turned on at certain temperatures and shut off at temperatures

I recently purchased a 79 vette and took it to Jack for some repairs. I cannot say enough good things about Jack. This is the nicest, most honest car mechanic I've ever met. He took his time and explained everything that he was going to do and why; and called me with updates on the repairs. I know he probably spent way more time on the repairs than he charged in his final invoice. He is so knowledgeable and truly one of the nicest people you will ever meet. I highly recommend Jack to do any of your repairs.

Jack is awesome! We were stranded on the side of the road; car completely dead; got towed to Jack’s Auto Body in Edison; He investigated, diagnosed and repaired and we were back on the road in an hour and a half! I would highly recommend! Very professional, polite and knowledgeable!
