I am standing inside the Menlo Park Mall, Dec. 18, for the VERY FIRST TIME at Journey's to buy sneakers for my daughter and not one of the three sales rep asked if I needed help. They're all standing behind the counter doing zero so I and many others left. I now see why this location is empty.
I intentionally walked past the counter and still got NO RESPONSE!!! THAT'S CRAZY 🤪!!!

This Journey's is the best!! I came here to pick up a last minute gift and I couldn't purchase a gift bag! The manager of the store Gisselle wrapped my gift in the cutest paper ever!! Giselle is the best!!!

The manager destroyed my Nikes when I came to just to try out their cleaning product for sneakers. He just put soap on my shoe and left it there and said “I’m not cleaning your shoe bro”. Don’t come here, this place absolutely sucks. He even ignored me when I came in with his back turned towards me. Wasted my time and ruined my shoes. Champs and Foot Locker are way better and they really care about their customers unlike these bozo’s.

Staff was sitting around on their phones, swearing while children were around. The two guys that were there were very rude when asked for help.

You really have to keep an eye on what they're giving you. I will never go back to that store again I wasn't happy with it. Very disappointed

Kara the comanager of Journeys kids was very professional and patient with helping me pick out my 6 year old sons sneakers she measured his foot and put the sneaker on for me. I really liked her kindness so i brought myself a pair of sneakers too. I will go again i felt comfortable and pleased with my decision thanks to Kara!!!!
