The assistant manager Megan was a huge help in guiding me towards finding the perfect engagement ring. She was patient, answered all my questions and was not pushy at all which a lot of other jewelers can be. I highly recommend seeing her for any of your jewelry needs!!

I went into the Bridgewater location because a piece of jewelry I Purchased broke when I was putting it on for the first time. As soon as I walked in, the first question was, “did you buy it online?” a I said you’re already intimating that I’m in the wrong when you haven’t heard my request. Then the manager came over and was extremely rude didn’t know my name and accused me of already giving a bad report on social media. Of course I hadn’t because I had not yet presented the problem. Well now I have. They want to charge me $100 to repair a faulty product & rude as well. I think notWARNING- go to the JEWELRY EXCHANGE in Woodbridge, NJ

Horrible! Went there today w my fiancé and was ignored. We both looked around for five minutes or so. He figured they were giving us time to see what we liked. No one even said hello to us. There were four people there. No other customers in the store.
