I've been coming to this location for years because they were one of the few walk in facilities around. Today I show up and find out they still take walk ins but are appointment based like the rest of the labs. I sat there for hours waiting to be called because walks are only taken in between scheduled appointments. I've never felt like a second class citizen until today at labcorp. This was definitely my last visit.

I want to start off by saying I’m in network w labcorp and that is who my insurance uses. Prior to making my appointment I had called and because I knew my deductible was not met. I asked what would be the max I would need to pay. They stated 150.00. I gladly paid the 150 upon my visit. Just received a call from their collections department that I owed an additional 41.30 cents. Now, please keep in mind this is not about the 41.30, but more because of the misinformation that was given. I’m in the medical field as well and if I quote a patient a co-pay. That’s the number and no ifs ands or butts.

The front desk was very rude and laughed at me for asking a question . I was asking if I should email my bloodwork script and she laughed and shooed we away. When I was called they then treated me like I was dumb bc I didn’t email my script. I had tried to be proactive and do that but was treated negatively. Will not go back here again.

I’m posting for my mother who is elderly. My mother went here two weeks ago to have bloodwork done for an upcoming surgery and when it was her turn the woman didn’t even say hello or anything then proceeded to try and draw blood with a straight needle in her hand and couldn’t do it and caught an attitude and someone else had to do it in her arm. For the unprofessional phlebotomist, if you come to work with an attitude and mess people’s hand up you don’t need to be there. Don’t bring your issues and attitude to work and abuse patients who are elderly or who you think cannot understand English. My mother’s hand was still bruised up 2 weeks after she went there. I wish I could post a picture of her hand to show what unprofessional, trifling people do here so that people are aware.

I had a short wait and was processed through to the blood draw quickly. The front desk person and the phlebotomist were both friendly and kind. And I barely felt anything when the blood was drawn. Word to the wise, if you can book an appointment online, you will be prioritized and get in and out much quicker ?.

Blood work in general can be a daunting for most, but especially my 11-year old son. Also adding in that he was fasting and woke up earlier than usual to make it to this labcorp, he was a brewing pot of anxiety and crankiness. However, Millie was so bubbly, kind and attentive he couldnt help but laugh and smile. She was great right down to the extra stickers and crayola bandaids. God Bless You Millie!

I have been going to this facility since 2016. Excellent service. I prefer Darika Patel. She is extreamely skilled technician and very well behaved.

I had an excellent experience with the phlebotomist Dharika Patel. Her skill and professionalism was outstanding. The blood draw was virtually painless, and her friendly demeanor put me at ease. She demonstrated great attention to hygiene and made the process quick and efficient. Overall, I highly recommend her for the exceptional service.

This review is for the tech, Jenny (I hope you get to read this!). She was wonderful with my toddler, who was there for her first blood test. Jenny was patient, kind and encouraging while interacting with her. These techs don’t have an easy task, especially with LOs, but she handled everything very smoothly and professionally. Thank you so much for a great experience! (And all the stickers! ?)
