Superior customer service at this location. Highly recommend giving them a try!! Went in with my broken glasses which needed a new screw and it was fixed within a couple of minutes , free of charge as they saw me struggling with my 2 babies. Thank you so much!!

We were serviced with great care at the Menlo Park store! Rebecca was very kind, thorough and informative. She was efficient and made the process of choosing and purchasing frames very easy. We didn’t feel pressured and she made my daughter feel confident enough to make the best choice to suit her needs. We are truly appreciative of the great experience we had.
