I have all my Lexus cars service at Edison location for over 10 years. This time my NX350 need to have software updates. The service adviser Shelby Parker is very nice and professional. She answered all my question clearly. I highly recommend Shelby and Edison location for your car service.

Every so often my car will tell me it's time for an oil change or maintenance, and I will also get text messages from Lexus stating the same thing. Every single time I bring it in for "maintenance" or a simple oil change there somehow needs to be 400-700$ worth of work done. The only way to stop being bombarded with the messages and pop up notice in the car is to come in for an appointment so the whole thing is a scam. You also wait forever for your car to be completed regardless of appointment time, well over an hour of waiting it is never a quick in & out appointment or a cheap one.

Worst experience of any service center. I made an appointment for 45000 miles service through the app for Saturday 23, 2023 for 1 p.m. This was my first time here. Service advisor Justin told me that the only service required would be tire alignment and rotation and nothing else and it would take approximately 2 hours. After paying the bill when I went to my car I noticed that the app did not update to indicate that the service was completed. I went back to look for Justin and was told to wait for him or for someone from service center. I waited for 20 minutes and then Justin told me that the app takes time to update and proceeded to manually reset the maintenance required button in my car which makes me feel that nothing at all was done to my car. App still indicates that 45000 mile service is required and it's 24 hours later! Service advisor was neither knowledgeable nor polite. At this point I am not at all sure that my car underwent any kind of service although I paid a hefty bill. Not only would I never go back to Lexus of Edison but also will be further investigating this as I have never experienced this level of indifference and incompetence at any other Lexus service center. App updates instantaneously once service is completed and the invoice and email lists usually the checklist of inspection completed and services provided which was not the case here. Terrible and negligent service center. What prompted me to check the app was it seemed like my car was returned to me untouched, usual paper foot mats were not provided, tag which indicates service has been provided was not there.

Worst experience I had at a dealership. Went into Lexus of Edison to inquire about the RX350. Dale Johnson was the sales person I spoke with and off the bat, he was rude. Told me that they didn't have what I was looking for but try to sell me a 2023 RX500h on the show floor. I told him I would consider it if it was the 2024 RX500h but he insisted that there are no difference between the two and that I should just take the 2023 they had. He even said he "might" be able to take off $1,000 if I am lucky and I would pay MSRP as if he was doing me a favor. Continued to tell me that they sell their RX $5,000 above MSRP and is only doing me a favor by selling it to me at MSRP. Dale never offered to look at their system for the RX350 and provided any info on the car I wanted but try to sell me what they had on the floor at MSRP. If this is what anyone is looking for, please go see Dale, otherwise, go to another dealership.

Previously I left a review stating how bad of an experience I had at this specific dealership. However, Lexus of Edison listens to their customers whether it be a review or you telling them about an issue directly….. let me start by saying the sole reason why I’m leaving this review is because of the service advisor named Nick! Not only did he extend the courtesy of making up for a mistake that was on the DEALERSHIPS end but he also gave me a full detail on my vehicle that was immaculate inside and out and also make sure that I had a vehicle to drive while mine was getting serviced, and detailed I cannot thank Nick enough for everything that he has done just in these past two days. He has been nothing but respectful and polite, and followed up with me every step of the way in regards to my vehicle, and he is also the reason why Lexus of Edison will have a returning customer as long as he’s there my car will be there.

Zahid leased me my 1st lexus 3 years ago .. gave him a call that it was time for another one .. the next day i walked out with this gx! He makes the process quick and easy .. Definitely give him a call !

My wife and I went there to check a certain hybrid model. Aaron approached us and accomodated all our questions. There was no unit available so he showed us his personal car which turned out to be the same model. We ended up liking and buying a different model. We were able to bring it home the same day, thanks to Aaron's patience and assistance throughout the whole process. We felt taken care of the whole time. We are very happy with their service and our purchase.

Thank you Kelvin for taking the time to call, addressing my concern, and more importantly, following up with your team. The fact that you have called me shows your compromise of delivering the best customer satisfaction to your clients. Maybe the sale rep whose service did not meet our expectations, was not really a bad rep. Maybe he was just having a bad hair day. My recommendation to the management team is to check with your sale team to ensure they are physically and mentally ready to work with all clients no matter who they are. Unfortunately, we purchased our Lexus in another dealership but the fact that we purchased a Lexus I know it make you happy. This Lexus was for my wife, so when we are ready for mine, we definitely will consider coming back to your Edison dealership. Again, thank you for your explanation and professionalims, and thank you for extending your service as we take good care of our new Lexus.

My experience with Lexus of Edison was very positive. The dealership offers a first class atmosphere when buying a vehicle. Online or in the showroom, business is conducted in a friendly and professional manner.My salesperson at Lexus of Edison was Aaron Goodwin. Aaron is knowledgeable, works tirelessly for his customer and possesses follow up skills second to none. If he says he will do something, rest assured it will be done. He is truly customer-focused and deserves the five stars he earned on my behalf.If you are looking to buy or lease a new Lexus, you owe it to yourself to visit Lexus of Edison. It's unfortunate that as well established and loyal customer of Lexus, I was inconvenienced in the most unreasonable way within the span of an entire week. Not only was I forced to take an unplanned day off from work to bring my car to get fixed, I had to return several other times for varying reasons. The first time I returned to the dealership I was told a part needed to get replaced so I waited in the lobby. Several hours had already passed until they finally communicated that that particular part never reached the shop. In fact it was never ordered since they needed to obtain an additional part for the car. My time was completely and utterly wasted due to a lack of communication that inherently should have reached me prior to my arrival. But what was most disappointing is that a specific representative of Lexus, a customer service based company would have the audacity to treat me so rudely in person and through text message. To say she was unprofessional is an extreme understatement. Despite knowing my predicament and the vulnerable state I was in, she proceeded to be rude, impatient and crass with me. By the end of our interaction, I was so overwhelmed with disgust that I felt rushed to just pay and leave; only to be left with the thoughts of how someone like that can be allowed to work in a position geared towards customer service. If the Edison Lexus dealership has any awareness of this type of behavior and yet still allows it on a regular basis that tells me they do not concern themselves with respecting customers nor maintaining a positive reputation for Lexus.

Save yourself thousands and go to a small shop you trust. Unfortunately, these big dealers will never care about you or your car and will try to rip you off for every dime.

Service Advisor, Konstance Herrick was very understanding of my problem. She explained everything thoroughly. I was given quick attention as this was an emergency.Even the gentleman who greeted me at the outset,was extremely comforting and friendly.Over time, I've owned 4 Lexus vehicles. Your facility and staff is the most courteous.
