I recently ordered a custom hat, and my experience has been far from satisfactory. The process began with excitement as I envisioned the perfect design. However, things quickly took a turn for the worse. The estimated delivery time was significantly longer than anticipated, stretching on for weeks.
Despite my patience, I never received the hat. I attempted to reach out to customer service multiple times, but responses were sparse and unhelpful. The whole ordeal left me feeling frustrated and let down, especially as I had eagerly looked forward to my unique piece.
In conclusion, while I appreciate the concept of custom orders, the execution in this instance was disappointing. I would caution others to think twice before placing similar orders, as the wait and uncertainty overshadowed the anticipation.

I placed an order with this location….only because it noted item would ship next day.
July1. Well it just shipped today July 3 and I won’t get it time for my occasion. Not sure if this location is responsible or another department. But I hope this gets to whoever!!!

Not very good service. the guy running the store isn’t even friendly. how about a smile or something ? my customization on my hat came out not straight - so he had to re do it & overall it took over an hour for 2 words , just not good customer service.

I was first time in autumn 2023 and I got good experience. I ordered one ? for myself. And that guy was friendly. So second time I came in Spring 2024 in this store, also I bought one cap. The staff, he was friendly, this guy he did it for me one symbol on my ?. I liked this store.

Pathetic!! I asked the clerk for help and his response was “Did you even try to do it yourself?” He had no clue of anything because he was too busy in his phone. I bought several hats and he had “no small bags”. When I asked to see the larger bag he responded with “They’re in the back and you don’t want it”….I went there roughly a week ago in the evening. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name but he was short with glasses, sloppy facial hair, and a big head.

We came to this location to get a few hats since we were in the mall shopping already.The staff: They do not greet you when you come in since they usually only have one person working and that person is always busy customizing the hats for the customers. Maybe they should hire two to three people to help out for the weekend. The guy also looks like he is overworked and needs a break.Wait time: If a person is customizing a hat, then you might have to wait 10-20 minutes just to buy a hat that you are not even customizing. Pricing: The prices of a hat can be anywhere from $20 and up depending on what kind of hat you want to buy. Also, if you are customizing the hat then it could reach up to $100.Variety: They do have different types of selections from snap backs to fitted and etc. They have a wide variety of hats from MLB, NBA, and NFL but it looks like there are more varieties online. Overall: This is not the best location with the amazing customer service, but it will have to do if you live close by to this location. You must have patience if you come to this location as the wait time could be long.

Horrible experience purchased a hat was told receipts were email only went back because I realized I grabbed the wrong size they were no help couldn’t pull up the receipt I never got my receipt emailed dudes jus sat there lookin at me offered no help what so ever
