I’ve been to this Lush store twice this week, and both times the service has been absolutely amazing! The staff are so friendly, kind, and genuinely helpful. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of and leave happy. I can’t say enough good things about this team... thank you all for being so kind and helpful every single time!

It’s always an uplifting and fun experience going into Lush! I needed to purchase a gift, and Kelly approached me right away to help. Somehow she magically found a perfect gift box within my price range that had everything I was looking for. She was beyond kind and helpful and overall awesome! In my previous visit Danielle (if I’m remembering her name correctly!) helped me and was also super helpful and kind. Everyone is so well trained and knows the products well so it makes it super easy to get exactly what you’re looking for.

I hosted my birthday party there yesterday and we had an absolute blast! We did half pampering and half games, and we made a product together. The employees were enthusiastic, energetic, and super friendly! I am still getting phone calls today from my friends saying how unique and fun the party was. If you are looking for a fun way to celebrate your birthday or even want to plan an event with your friends, definitely do a LUSH party!!! I included a picture of my gift bag with our hosts names. Thank you, ladies!!!

A group of us came to the mall for a field trip with our students. We are from a special education school and do community trips on Fridays. Michelle & Julie were so amazing and accommodating. They showed our students so many different products & demonstrated what each did. We had a student make a purchase. It was an all around great experience for everyone!

I’m a massive fan of Lush and the employees at this location are the sweetest and the most helpful. Jessica was an absolute super star helping me in store today. She gave me excellent product recommendations and samples that I wouldn’t have noticed myself. She radiated kindness and joy, we will definitely be coming back to this lush location!!!

Nicole was such a lovely person. She was extremely knowledgeable and was very patient while showing me around the whole store. Her aura is sooo calm and pleasant. I just got into baths and she has been such a pleasure to talk to. Informed me about everything and more. My bath collection is def grow soo much more ✨
