Bought 3 lipsticks today, the cashier didn’t even offer me a bag. I had to literally shove lipsticks in my bag. Extremely unprofessional, cold and unwelcoming. Will just stick to Sephora.

Had the best experience with Lydia at the MAC counter in Menlo Park Mall! My mom and I stopped by just to browse and ended up spending way more time than expected (in a good way!). Lydia was super kind, patient, and really knew her stuff. She took the time to actually listen to what we were looking for, gave us amazing recommendations without being pushy at all, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and fun. I really appreciated how she balanced being professional while still making us feel totally comfortable. If you’re at Menlo and need help with skincare or makeup, definitely go see Lydia. She’s a gem.

I am giving MAC Macy's customer service 2 stars because they are usually unavailable and not helpful. There was ONE sales rep who was wonderful (a young lady with dark hair and fabulous makeup)--- she was the only nice and very helpful one I've ever encountered (I would give JUST her, 5 stars) But the one sales rep from staten island was not very helpful and left me there waiting, but then I just left. It's frustrating because I love MAC products. I just never know what kind of customer service I will be getting THAT day.... or if anyone will be at the counter.

Bunch of rude sales people. I was just there. Asked for studio fix in my color(foundation). Sales associate never asked dry or liquid -automatically grabbed the powder. When I stated I needed the liquid,she got snippy. I then proceeded to try to pay: register gave an error on my account #. Tried another card after I stated their system wad in error , I was rudely told it was MY issue. Tried another debit card and same error. I said good bye,walked to Sephora and made a purchase. Funny,no issues with the card!

The two cashiers in the men’s department completely ignored me and my husband we was waiting to pay and first one was tied up in a conversation about a movie and keep the taking and talking and then we went to the other cashier directly behind him and and the man was so slow like a turtle and couldn’t even open a simple bag to put the customers purchase in it the minute we thought he was done next thing you know more problems like customer waiting change etc it was a painful wait…kept dragging on and they just ignored us we just left the item and went home
