The Macy's at Menlo Park Mall in Edison, NJ, generally receives mixed reviews in my opinion.
Shoppers often highlight the store's convenient location within the mall and the wide selection of men's clothing, shoes, and accessories. Many appreciate the friendly staff, though some times to mention that the store can get crowded, especially during peak hours or sales events. They also have single employee working at “At Your Service” online order pickup & Return and exchange point when I visited during Thursday evening.
They have very good discounted prices at backstage downstairs and few last act spots particularly women’s clothing
While the layout and cleanliness are usually well-rated, a few customers note that the store can be a bit disorganized at times, with items not always neatly displayed. Additionally, some shoppers feel the prices can be on the higher side unless there are ongoing sales or promotions.
Overall, if you’re looking for a solid variety of men’s fashion in a central location, it’s a reliable option, but it might not be the best choice for a truly stress-free shopping experience, particularly if you're looking for discounts.

Lady at the perfume counter was soooo helpful understanding and patient I was having trouble finding a perfume but she was extremely helpful got the one my lady was looking for

Macy's offers a decent selection and fair prices, but the customer service and organization could use significant improvement.

Very busy during the holiday, but there was no triaging. People that arrived later than me got helped before me. Not a pleasant shopping experience.

Loud. There's a dj downstairs playing club music at club volume. Returns are piled everywhere. The watch I was buying didn't ring up the price on the tag. (It rang up more.) Star Money didn't work. Discounts didn't work. Employees complaining about understaffing.

I guess my suit purchase was great but the attitude of the sales clerk was abysmal. The push towards applying a credit card is so much more at this store. If we don’t apply the customer service reduces big time. Not going to come to this store anymore

It was highly disorganized. I checked in for curbside pickup and had to flag a worker down 40min later in order to get my order.
