Foxes in sheep’s clothing. I went in for a simple alignment, and they conned me into paying for unnecessary extras and even signed me up for a credit card I never asked for. These people are professional manipulators, setting up sneaky traps just to squeeze every dollar they can out of you. If you are an unexperienced new driver avoid this place at all cost.

I have nothing but great service at this location,. I had my brake work and wheel alignments done multiple times. My last experience was awesome. As Costco suggested wheel alignment, I took my car to Mavis@Woodbridge Ave in Edison. They did the diagnosis and showed me on their computer that alignment is fine and no work required. I appreciate the honesty. They also once honored their work warranty and re did work for free. Cherry on the cake is less waiting time and their customer reception.

Well a definite 1 ⭐️ since Isabelle left. She was efficient and very helpful. After she left I’ve had tyre issues after I took my car in to change my tyres. Not only that I took 2 cars for oil change and that also had issues. And had payment issues when I was using their credit card 🙄🙄
Isabelle if you see this, you’re good at what you do and I’m sorry I didn’t let you know when I was there .
