Like every other review has mention, they have the weirdest policy. If you have 3 people and only 2 or 1 person doing hookah you have to have to get 2 hookah. Music is very loud.AND they will add 18% to your bill for tip, their services isn't that great if i have to leave a tip i would leave about 5 to 10% but they will automatically add 18%.

I wouldn’t go back for the hookah but I will go back for the drinks they are not bad. It was very expensive overall. Service wasn’t the best. The price was heavy got the bill it was suppose to be $67 but ended up paying $83. They didn’t break down the receipt into details. Plus it wasn’t the vibe. I wouldn’trecommend.

Mandatory 25% gratuity is absolute nonsense. 2 hookahs and 3 drinks somehow equals $128 at this establishment. Go somewhere else, not worth wasting your time or money here. Terrible service as well, and they refuse to give a written breakdown of your bill knowing that they’re pulling some fraud nonsense. 0/10 never coming back and telling all my friends to avoid this place at all costs.

1. Their hookahs are mediocre and so are their flavors (Black Magic is worth trying)2. The quality of their service is directly proportional to how busy they are. They charge a flat service fee (18%) so their staff didn't check in with us at all and how often their team got our orders wrong probably deserves a separate review but they were attentive when we asked for the right order.3. They have a strict rule of two people per hookah so even if you have three people, you will need two hookahs.4. Everyone in the group needs to order something, even if its a bottle of water.5. The only reason they can operate the way they do is because they are one of the 'better looking' places in the area.Now for anyone wanting to read into the details:I reached out to Ron to organize a party (~20) for a friend. They don't take reservations even though I offered to make a deposit. However, they assured me our group could be accomodated if a few of us showed up early to hold a spot. We did show up early and had to wait for over 45 minutes before anyone would even take my call (the not-so-polite guy at the door was brutal). They have a sign on the door that says each group is limited to an hour stay when it's busy and even though I was told the group that was in the area where we would have been had been there for 2+ hours, they can't ask them to leave (so why even have that sign on the door?). After waiting for over 45 minutes, Ron appears and broke the news that they have a VIP area that is available but it's 50$ per person (why wouldn't he bring this up earlier?), given 20 of us had been waiting for so long, we took that option. According to Ron, I wasn't told about the VIP area because 'there's a limit of 12' or so people for the VIP area, but they don't care how many people you fit in because that's just more money for them, so we ended up fitting 20 some people in a small area.

I wish I could give a minus...this place have policy for everything...they even tell you how you breath ...how you control what u wear...high school rules ....no hat!! You just loose couple of thousand businesse...it's hooka lounge not white house (to the owner who set up this rule)!!!!
