Would do zero stars if possible. Woman on phone was argumentative. Uses stock photos on website and has very tiny disclaimer on the bottom of the page saying that item shown may not be what the item is basically. Received phone call to confirm that it was a "keypad" I ordered. Which could mean different things to different people. Was not offered any recourse but told to call the manufacturer. I guess they are laughing all the way to the bank. Will never use this company again and would recommend no one else use as well.

I have a Physical Therapy office and I have been using this company for years. Excellent customer service, always helpful and knowledgeable especially when I need to find specific products.They Match or sometimes give me better prices if found on other Website or from an other vender .They offer next day delivery ( if you are in the area) and have without a questions Return or exchange policy. You can always find people who complainFor everything, however if you are not that person,You will not be disappointed !

My wife had a reverse shoulder replacement and we knew we needed a chair for her to sleep in and sit in all day long that would enable her to stand up by using a remote control since with her arm in an immobilizer she would not be able to stand up with our regular chairs. They delivered the chair on time when promised and they set it up perfectly. The two guys (Elias and Marcos) were polite and friendly and explained exactly how the chair worked. We used it for 2 months and we called them to pick it up and they came on time and removed it. Once again the fellow who came was polite and friendly. The chair was invaluable. My wife slept in it for 6 weeks every night. And during the day when she needed to get up for the bathroom or for a meal it was so easy as the chair lifted her up almost to a vertical position. And sitting back down was just as easy. Whenever we needed to call the office about a question before we ordered it as well as during those two months if we had a question the office staff was polite and friendly and helpful. I can't recommend Medi Plus enough.

Needed a special wound care dressing for my father after surgery and called every pharmacy in town and nobody had it. They told me it would take 2 weeks to receive it. Medplus had it in stock and the price they sold it for was cheaper than my co-pay. Great company, super friendly!

rude demeanor,hostile environment not even worth applying for a job if the interviewing manager is nasty attitude insensitive oversteps out of line with harassing candidates and from former employees referring it as a one step away from the social service office.

Practically all the people in the office/phones are rude and the inside of the business reeks of cigarettes being smoked inside, the owner isn’t to bright either.

Here is what there customer service person Stephanie told me after I had already ordered the items" Unfortunately, our cost for this item has gone up. We will not be able to honor the price of $10.95. The correct price for this item is $19.95 per box."

Wish i could give it zero stars. Horrible customer service that never answers the phone. I even went the route of writing to them via their website to get an email reply. Nothing. Not even acknowledging that they got my request to contact them. Never got the product.

—I ordered 2 lumbar braces; no where in the information did it explain that the brace would require special tools to modify appropriately. I don't have the tools and don't know how to use them. Looked up the instructions on the manufacturers site and they are sorely lacking detail. So I can't modify the braces, horizon 631 by Aspen; and med- plus sales manager said "buyer beware" if you want to return them, there's a restocking fee and it isn't their responsibility to list all the necessary steps to use the product. Sad.
