I can't wait to have a field day with this one. This place deserves 0 stars. My Mercedes c300 has nothing but problems and every time I bring my car in for service they brush me off. My brand new Mercedes c300 leaves me stranded half the time. When I get into my car sometimes it just doesn't turn on. Then I was driving and all of a sudden my car stopped short on its own detecting that someone was in front of me when in fact nobody was. When I brought my car in for service the young man asked me how many times do I wash my car I told him I get a car wash maybe once a month and he swore that was the reason why. Yeah because I don't get a car wash once a week that's why my brand new Mercedes stops in the middle of the road. Please that's the most horrific excuse I ever heard of. My car isn't a dirty piece of shit for that to happen. Then when I told him that I got in my car and it wouldn't turn on (twice this has happened one of the times I was out at a store other time I was home getting ready to go to work) he proceeded to say well you probably don't drive it enough and that's why it wouldn't turn on. Anyways what I'm trying to say is don't go to this place you will have problems with your car and they will brush you off and try to make you feel stupid. They don't want to help their costumers they don't care about us they just want our money and then once we purchase the car they don't give a shit what problems you have.

It was a really amazing experience here at Ray Catena. Tom Cola helped me got my first GLS600 MAYBACH in my life. The car is amazing. My wife, my daughter and I are all so excited about it. Tom was very professional and knowledgeable, the whole process went super smooth. This is our drama car, and you helped us dream come true. Thank you so much Tom, we will see you soon!

I had an AMAZING experience buying my new 2021 CPO GLA 250 from Jack Goldberg. He is Very transparent with pricing. He is very HONEST and informed (he gives 'car salesman' a good name). My wife and I are VERY HAPPY with this purchase and JACK. We won't buy from anyone else at Mercedes.

Paula was amazing with helping me get into my C300. I had been looking for a vehicle for about two weeks and was getting ready to give up when I can across Paula through a tru car inquiry. She treated me better than anyone has throughout my car buying experience. I really appreciate how down to earth she is and how accommodating she made the process. ( WE NEED TO HAVE MORE PEOPLE LIKE YOU PAULA ) to help us get through this unscathed and walk away feeling really good about where and who help us get into a vehicle without having any regrets. Dealership needs to improve a bit on their customer service skills and return calls in a timely manner. This refers to front desk and service department. Overall they are not too bad.

I had been looking for a car for the past few weeks and went to see a couple of vehicles but didn’t trust the dealer or the salesperson because of dishonest sales tactics to get a sale. before I went to this location I was dealing with another Mercedes dealer in west Chester PA and the deal didn’t happen because of terrible customer service, same day that deal fell thorough, I called Mercedes Benz of Edison and was transferred to Paula, extremely amazing!!!. Paula is a professional, patience, and knowledgeable sales person.I informed her that I was shopping for a S450 and was going to look at another Mercedes dealership for a car and she told me to come to her site after looking at other cars. I definitely saved the best for last, she provided me and my wife a great buying experience. Shawn was extreme nice and knowledgeable about the vehicle and its features. This dealer is five star, friendly knowledgeable staff that’s willing to help you and the cars are in pristine condition. Really satisfied with my buying experience. Thank you Paula, my wife is already planning the purchase of our second Mercedes with you.

We are happy owners of 2023 G63 AMG.Our buying process started about 2 years ago . Met our sales manager Jim Todd at dealership and placed our deposit for options of our liking. We agreed on a price and that is what we paid when we took the delivery 2 days ago. Due to Chip shortage we had to wait additional 8 months on top of high demand for this model. Jim was absolutely amazing. Start to finish, responded to every emails and calls and answered all our questions. Delivery was seamless , thanks to Ray Catena's all electronic paperwork , we didn't spend much time. Highly recommend Jim and Ray Catena for you new car needs.

After several Mercedes Benz cars, Ray Catena is a partner with your money because if you need service that is under warranty and they are not getting paid then you will be put to the back of the line. If you have a basic service appointment for an oil change and air filter then they will process you within 1-2 days. But sometimes they don't bother to change the air filter and you will need to complain to get it done. If you have an electrical issue that needs scanning then you will wait weeks before they even look at the car and give the runaround while wasting your time and money. They have been very dirty when it is not a simple service appointment. One of my cars needed the 50K service and they did it incorrectly on purpose which required spark plugs so I had to redo the service at additional $1K+ cost. Things like that. My initial interaction with Ray Catena was working with the sales guy to purchase a new convertible and then I got the runaround for months about the delay on the build till they never had it and then tried a bait and switch. Things like that.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my 2023 Mercedes-Benz CLA 250 4MATIC Coupe from Ray Catena Mercedes-Benz of Edison, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional thanks to Paula Gaillard. From the moment I stepped foot into the dealership until the moment I drove off in my new car, the entire process exceeded all my expectations. First and foremost, Paula went above and beyond to ensure I was knowledgeable about my purchase. She took her time explaining every detail that the vehicle came with and personally showed me all the features, stressing the safety features, on a showroom model. The particular CLA 250 model I wanted wasn’t on site at their Edison location, within minutes Paula located the exact model I was looking for and made arrangements for its delivery for the same day. I WAS SPEECHLESS! As I waited for my car’s delivery to Edison, Paula prepared all the paperwork so that once I returned it was a smooth and hassle free process. Once I returned, with only a half-hour until the dealership closed, Paula patiently went over every detail in the paperwork before I signed. She made sure I understood all the terms and conditions of my lease and that I was comfortable with my purchase. She stayed way pass closing, on the 4th of July weekend, to ensure that their specialist went over the features and controls with me, making sure I was comfortable with the vehicle before I hit the road. She even called me the next day to follow up on my trip back home, I live a half-hour away. Which reminded me that this process wasn’t just a dream! It is almost 2 weeks later and I am still in absolute awe of purchasing my dream car and I cannot thank Paula enough! She is truly exceptional! I look forward to being a customer of hers for a long time.

Work with Yassin Wahman, he is the best salesman I have ever worked with, not only in this dealership, but ever. He made the ordering process extremely easy and concise, my car came extremely fast and the pickup experience was like no other. Very transparent salesman, what I ordered was what I paid and I could not have been happier. This dealership is also very clean, has a ton of inventory compared to other Mercedes dealerships, and really knows how to respect and treat customers. I picked up 4 cars from here and will continue to use them. 10/10 recommend
