My husband and I stopped in on a rainy Friday after and Enber took us out for a test drive. We had no intention of buying same day, but after working out a fair deal, we decided to move ahead with a 2023 Mini Cooper S Convertible. Enber and his manager were wonderful and made the process easy, quick and no hassle. One of the best car buying experiences we have ever had!Thank you Mini of Edison!

I ordered a used Clubman sight unseen, a first for me. Josh made the process a breeze and the car arrived safely and as described. He helped tremendously by providing live videos of a walk around and starting the car for me. Overall it was a great experience!

I had the pleasure of working with Joshua to purchase a car recently. He provided excellent customer service and was very friendly throughout the process. The finance manager and dealership manager were excellent as well. They made the car buying process easy and simple. I would definitely recommend you stop by if looking for Mini or used car.

My wife is very interested in MINI Cooper. After contacting the dealer, we were scheduled for a test drive the following day morning. The sales advisor, Ashley, prepared the one for us in advance and even guided us to drive around, just sitting in the rear seat. She introduced almost every feature of the car. That's wonderful. We were impressed with Ashley's exceptional customer service skills and enthusiasm. She was easy to talk to and addressed all our concerns. In addition, her manager, Justin, was pleased to speak with us and offer us a good deal for the car. Even though we did not drive the car home the same day, we definitely would like to return once we make a final decision.

After visiting the dealership with my husband, I wanted to share my positive experience with a sales advisor named Ashley. She kindly allowed us to test drive two different cars and even assisted us in parking them as close to the building as possible. I was impressed with Ashley's exceptional customer service skills and friendly demeanor. She was knowledgeable and easy to talk to, and I never felt pressured during our conversation. Although we didn't find any pre-owned vehicles that suited our needs, Ashley informed us that she would keep us informed if something suitable came up. Overall, it was a great experience.

One of my best car buying experiences so far. Purchased a 2020 CPO but was still treated as if I was buying new. Josh was great - listened to me and understood my needs and limits. Felt as if my time and questions were respected and the process was very quick, even on Labor Day.

Repeated bad experiences with both Sales & Service. After 2 months, I still do not have my new car title. They made repeated mistakes on the original invoice. They were ignorant on what accessories were available. When following up on tasks Sales were supposed to have completed for purchase, I was told repeatedly they were busy & forgot. When installing accessories they left trash in my car (wire clippings, crumpled paper, glove box contents scattered about) & didn't bother to replace the fuse box panel & lost the rear wiring panel. I was told they would order a new panel but, after 2 weeks I know that's going to be a struggle too. If I had know this beforehand, I would have bought a car elsewhere. I have been in contact with BMW/MINI corporate customer service but it's still unresolved 2 months & counting. I would not recommend Mini of Edison to anyone. It really stinks & the staff profoundly could care less. I'm

Went down to MINI OF EDISON to purchase a new car. It was Labor Day and figured what the hell, maybe I can get a good deal. I worked with Ashley, and it turns out, I was her first sale. She was wonderful to work with and there was no pressure at all. She made the entire process smooth and easy. She will be a great asset to the Company..... Kyle, the General Manager, was as professional as could be. I will be recommending MINI OF EDISON to anyone looking to get into a MINI COOPER.......Thank you Ashley and Kyle for making this Labor Day a never forget experience.

Stay away from this dealership at all costs. One indication of the systemic problems within mini could be from the entire staff having been changed in the two years.The certified preowned vehicle I bought from mini is a lemon. Thousands of dollars put into it over the last two years with nothing covered from warranty. The service department seeks commission from repairs and therefore will quote you for items that don’t need fixed. I had diagnostics done at mini twice and got second opinions both times that confirmed the various items that did not actually need repairs.The real surprised from one inspection quote was for new windshield wipers. I had replaced the wipers for $65.. the week before the inspection. Mini quotes me over $150 for new ones… There is no level of confidence or trust in this dealership to deliver honest results. If you are set on getting a Mini, do yourself a favor and at the very least stay away from Mini of Edison.

I went in for an oil change last week and when I saw they were owned by by "open road" I got nervous. I had such a bad experience with open road mini of Morristown that I was nervous to move forward. But I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and not shady everyone was. I'll probably come back every year for my oil change to be honest. Great service all around
