Quick, but messy; burnt oil all over the engine area. Had to stop to check of something was on fire because smoke was coming out under the hood.

I got checked and changed my cars oil and everything at this location since 2019. Great, friendly crews. They do their job nice , neat and fast . Sometimes I don’t evet got wait 10 minutes for oil change. I recommend everyone to stop by and get checked your car here .

I have been changing the oil in Toyota Sienna for years, I bought the best oil, my vehicle started. It was a week ago that I changed pitoneal's oil, the one it has already been removed and a brother of mine also changed the oil and they damaged the engine. If you want proof, I can show it to you. I will not recommend it again. I have years changing the oil of Toyota Sienna I bought the best oil my vehicle like python that one week that I changed the oil the one he has already removed and a brother of mine also changed the oil and they damaged the engine if you want test I can show it to you I don't recommend it again

Just had it out with the employees at this establishment. Today I stood behind the counter looking through the window with a clear view as I observed the employees do my 2023 Cherokee L oil change without changing the filter!!!! I been getting my oil changes at this local business for 5 plus years. When I confronted the employee he stated “ oh, I’m sorry I just woke up, I’ll look!!!” ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!!! I pay 90 dollars an oil change end expect to get the goods and services I pay for. This is fraud!!! I asked for the manager the kid told me he was unreachable. I asked for the owner of the lube express, the kid told me he is unreachable. I then told him that it would be with in his best interest to go get a filter and change the old one out. The employee did so without hesitation in my presence. I feel for the homes consumer who gets ripped off all the time the same way !!!
I’m contacting Mobil corporate first things Tuesday December 26 2023. And I will go back to that location on same day to talk to the owner!!!!!

Photo shows the oil filter is in the engine bay and can clearly be seen if they change it or not. As I had a clear and unobstructed view, I saw they did not change it. Ery disapointed that a business would try to steal from me, services that I rightfully pay !!
People, make sure they are changing your filter. Specially if the filter is under the engine compartment !!! That’s where they get you good!!! Question them. Even ask to see when they do it. Or just go to another quick lube location.

Absolutely horrendous experience , took over two hours for me to get out of there. They tried to change my cabin air filter , after which the airbag light was on and they couldn’t turn it off. The owner / boss was a complete piece of work, he was rude angry unprofessional and just insane. They then proceeded to drive my car of site to another mechanic while I was sitting in the waiting room without my permission ( a young worker just drove away in my car ) when I questioned the owner on why , he was just nasty and rude telling me bc he told him to take it somewhere. The customer service was atrocious and the owner was just a scumbag with a terrible attitude, I would highly recommend to stay away from this place.

I will be honest I bring many vehicles here and it’s usually always top notch. Today was a little different. I also don’t like to complain much as I know owning and staffing a small business In today’s environment makes it extremely difficult and presents many challenges.I brought in my work truck ( managed by fleet) for an oil change and headlight bulb, that information was relayed to the person who welcomed me. ( he was very nice ) I proceeded to wait for my oil change without issue, when finished I asked if the headlight bulb was changed, he wasn’t sure, ( odd, but fine no problem it happens) he comes back to tell me they don’t have it in stock, again fine it happens, I tell him to please find out which bulb # it was so I can go buy it, he goes to ask the mechanic and I see the mechanic looking it up! Why would you look it up if you already did and know you didn’t have it ?They either forgot to do it and didn’t want to admit to it ( which is odd, I would of totally told them no problem pull it back in and do it ) or they just didn’t want to be bothered. I am not sure which, but pretty disappointed regardless as I sit in another local repair facility and wait for the bulb to be replaced.If this was my small business I would have called a local auto part store ( multiple within 1.7 miles ) and got the correct bulb while performing the oil change.Service: Oil change

I go here for all of my oil changes for all of my cars. Always quick and friendly service and answers to any questions I may have. I don't go anywhere else.
