Thr guys that work here are kind and empathetic but the business itself is run poorly. The call center does not communicate with the shop location and will book you an appt even if the shop is already full for the day. You'll walk in for your 10am appt and be told they can't work on your car until 3pm or even the next day. Not the guys faults but not a good customer experience.

I’ve been to this shop before because my tire had been slashed & vehicle broken into by Gang stalkers. Today I went for an oil change and alignment. The service was excellent! The Manager William explained everything in detail & the Mechanic Joe gave it a test drive to confirm my concerns. Both were very professional. Mr. Tires has a waiting area with a tv and beverages while you wait.

They did their job, they told me they were going to top of my coolant and such, but after I lift the hood I notice it pretty much empty. They did not fill it at all

I had a flat tire and called this location and William and Joe figured out the problem and got me out of here within 28 minutes. I cannot thank them enough. Anyone looking for great service and efficient timing I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you!

Unfortunately a flat from the NJ Turnpike, and I saw several after with flats, I got to Mr. Tire, and they where able to put a new tire and balanced, on my rental within 30 minutes on my arrival, Joe was great, and Wayne the manager was great!!!

I asked for breakpad rotters and sensors and they told me 1217 but later when i saw in my car i still have light on and they said they dont have sensors and i told them i dont want it take everything off and they said they cant refund now … so i start the dispute on them and i called again in mr tire if they can do something so i call remove the dispute when i came today and i talked to black manager first of all he didn’t listen me and he start fighting with me without listening … he should be kicked out from the location

I scheduled an appointment and left my Jo and drive all the way for an oil change and to my surprised that I can’t have an oil change because they only have 1 mechanics and the manager is so lazy to manage his work. I can’t recommend any one to go there, otherwise you will be losing your time and energy to come to this place.
