Expired license plate box is always locked so you are compelled to go in person to drop them. Noisy inside so it's hard to hear clerk behind the glass window. But people are helpful.

My friend needed a non-driver's license. We were so fortunate to have Millie taking her information. She was polite, very informative and made the process smooth and very easy. Millie is an asset to this DMV site in Edison.
