Nice people but don’t care about your time. Came in for a pick up at 11:25am. It took a while for the office to find what I’m picking up. It was 11:43 when she found my load and she told me I was going to get loaded after lunch. I was picking up only 10 pallets which took them 10 minutes to load after lunch but they had to waste my day and the money I could’ve made to feed my family.

A faithful Account of a freight pickup I experienced at this establishment. Arrived at 10:50 am 4 trucks in doors, one backing in. Entered office, fulfilled the check in reqs.Ship office rep. checked load info and then stated emphatically that I would not be loaded until 1 pm. I said that was fine, she then restated it, paused and said this shipment was to have been picked up yesterday, and that I must wait as there will be other trucks coming to load with large pallet counts..And then restated the 1pm load time . I suspected a broker was responsible for this issue, as neither dispatch nor admin personnel at my company were aware of this.As I waited, and watched 5,trucks get loaded and leave, all in about an hour, during this whole 2 hour plus timespan, no other trucks arrived, at all! Though she took my ph number, stating she would call me with a dock assignment, in fact she never did.At 1:05 I entered and presented at the driver window, where I was immediately told, having said nothing myself, to wait in my truck until 1 pm. I then replied, that it was after 1pm. I backed into the assigned door, and waited another 40 minutes for loading to begin. The loader was the only good part of this ordeal, 20 minutes for 11 pallets.A most unsatisfactory and peculiar experience, as the shipper/clerk displayed a sever lack of class, dignity, or professional adherence to her own assertions, commitments, or declarations!With any luck, I’ll not be back, or will request some other driver take it!
