I had a very disappointing experience at Nordstrom Store 521 (Menlo Park Mall). I came in with a defective fragrance I had just picked up from Nordstrom Rack after ordering online at Nordstrom.com, with all original packaging. Instead of helping, the managers (including the shift manager Anyah) were dismissive, unprofessional, and all but implied I may have tampered with the item. They refused to process a refund until I involved Nordstrom Customer Care, who confirmed I was entitled to it. Only then did the shift manager reluctantly issue the refund with a hostile attitude. This was insulting, frustrating, and completely contrary to the service Nordstrom is supposed to stand for.

This store has gone downhill. Look at the photos of the Men's shoe department tables and chairs. Awful.

I was back at Hemp Social last Friday with my Sister. Once again Tiffany was my Hostess, and she is the BEST. She's a sweetheart!! I am old school and and need a little extra time. Her Patience is definitely a virtue as they say. She smiles and and makes each visit special. Please be sure the bosses value her, and give her the recognition she deserves !!

Wonderful experience, staff were very accommodating, courteous and helpful. Huge store with great assortment of styles and some really good brands. Got a beautiful maxi dress for a great price. The racks could be a little more organized.

My wife asked me to purchase a perfume at Nordstrom. I was helped by Anthony. He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The store is very pleasant and organized.

Where are the clothes? It’s so empty. You get terrible service here. I made it a point to articulate my feelings. A lady at register directed me to pick up and was rude. I had a lady lash out at me for having to do returns on two separate transactions. It’s like are we at Nordstrom Rack? I frankly can get better service there than here. The people here tend to be super accusatory and rude. And btw, they barely have items on the floor.
