Poor customer service , I called for my radio code and the lady said I have to come to the dealership to get it. I called the Union dealership and got it in less than a minute and didn't have to go out of my way

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR REPAIRS!!!!! They outsource their cars to a body shop in old bridge and tell you it will be 2 weeks and then take 6 weeks. Do not make the same mistake I did.

Had to get a new car quickly because my vehicle was totaled. I usually hate when it’s time to look for a new car because of all the bad experiences I’ve had with other dealerships. Joe Urso made finding a car that worked for my budget really easy and he was reasonable to negotiate with. I know about cars so I can tell when someone is trying to take advantage at a sale and I didn’t get that feeling at all. Some people still care. Thanks again Open Road!

Recently worked with Lewez and had a great experience. Did all the negotiation and terms via phone and was able to work out an excellent lease deal that fit exactly what I was looking for. He was very thorough and walked through every feature of the car when I got there. The only downside was that finalizing the paperwork took hours (though not his fault), but overall the service and professionalism made it worth the wait. I would definitely recommend him if you’re looking for a good deal and straightforward communication.

The used car sales person knows nothing about cars and kept going to the back to pretend to talk to the manager. He ran my friend’s credit and tried to sell him a car that has been in a car accident.
