I'm just giving it one star so I can leave my comment. I don't understand how the guys who work here expect me to buy clothes without being able to wear them before paying for them... the fitting rooms are always closed and if I later get the wrong size I'm going to have a problem with them getting my money back... plus the time I waste going back to the store to return the clothes... HOW DO THEY EXPECT THAT IN A CLOTHING STORE, YOU CAN'T TRY ON CLOTHES? REALLY BAD SERVICE! IF YOU GUYS WONT WORK HERE GO HOME!

The staff is super rude.
I picked up an Essentials hoodie and they told me “You can’t walk around with that in hand”
I had literally just picked it up.
Staff needs to learn to address the shoppers.
Not everyone is a shoplifter and they need to understand that.
Extremely disappointed and would never ever shop from this store again.

CONs - service , pricing , price match !!!
Conveniently located in Menlo Park mall. Good location . My kids like this brand . They have a decent collection in this location… their short and tshirts are good but very pricey !!
Worst part is - their online shows much lesser rates and if we ask them to price match they were giving some crazy answers 😂 the store associate said , they can only price match 1 item and not the 3 shorts (same shorts but different sizes) … have never ever seen any other shop saying an answer like this before ! Service was very very ordinary. Hope they improve it .. I wouldn’t go back again , just because of the answers they gave when we asked them questions on price . Very average experience.. 2 stars ⭐️⭐️

Worst customer service ever. Mind you I went on a Tuesday with barely anyone in the mall. No one spoke and when this lady did it was only because I had three essential shirts that I wanted to purchase and I’m just assuming she felt I was going to steal them. She didn’t even say hello on her approach. Just a “do you need to try those on?, those are display, I can go to the back and get them, and YOU CAN PUT THOSE BACK” after my purchase it wasn’t even a “have a good day”. Where’s cooperate when you need them lol.?

If I could leave zero stars, I would; I have never written a bad review before, but yesterday the customer service at this store was so awful I have to write a complaint. In the sales section of the store, they have a giant sign that states buy one get two free. When I went to the register, the deal didn’t come off, so the manager came over and said, "Oh, the signs are in the wrong place" (EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE EVERYWHERE IN THE STORE). Then she said she would adjust the price. The price was still incorrect, and she said she just made everything 1/2 off, even though that wasn’t the deal they were advertising. I stated to the woman, "That's false advertising." She hostilely took the items from my hand and said, "OK, bye." Never had I met someone so rude. Whoever is the hiring manager here, maybe check your employees' attitudes. DON'T SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU WANNA BE SCAMMED AND DEAL WITH RUDE WORKERS. HENCE, WOULD NEVER EVER COME BACK

Went on shopping on Black Friday. Seems they are a scam shop. There was an hoarding out side the shop claiming there is 50% discount on everything. But when we reached at counter they said no discount on branded, which was everything we bought (at least 15 items). We showed her text for 10% discount received by PacSun, but person said it’s only for online. We tried up place online order but failed with multiple retries. Called customer care but did not help. How such scammer are running business?

My friend wanted to buy some shirts from here, so we decided to come in here and check it out. The staff: They are friendly, but they do not greet you when you enter the store or thank you when you are leaving.Cleanliness: The store is clean, and all of the clothes are folded neatly or hung up on a hanger. The clothing is easy to find where they are meant to be displayed.Pricing: The pricing here is average like any retail clothing store. It ranges around from $10-$35 depending on what you want to buy.Overall: The atmosphere in this store is quiet and the staff is generally good. They just need to smile a little more and greet or thank the customers.

Comically bad customer service. The girl that rang up my order didn’t know how to do a gift card, didn’t give me a gift receipt even tho I asked for one twice, and as a final fu, left on the security tag which somehow didn’t set off their alarm but did set off Nordstrom’s on my way out at the other end of the mall. I had one item and a gift card and there wasn’t a single other person in line and barely any shoppers in the store. When you’re that bad at your job you probably shouldn’t say “no problem” after the customer says thank you but don’t worry, I got that I’m not welcome and won’t be returning.

I placed an online order to pick up in the store and they canceled it 3 days later, I placed the order again for delivery and for 1 week I have been waiting for a response if they are going to send it or not.

Staff is rude and don’t pay attention nor greet you when you walk in… stores always a mess, staff just stands around doing nothing
