I called for an appointment for the pet clinic and I was put on hold for a while and someone else kept picking up the phone and putting me back on hold. Finally, a lady named Maria picked up and she didn’t identify herself that she worked at the pet clinic and was super rude, I had to ask. She even advised that she can’t see appointments. When I asked for her name she said Maria and even spelled it out for me as if she was upset I asked her name. Very poor customer service and would not recommend or even trust her to handle my dog.

Don’t buy Saltwater fish from here or take your salinity meter and check the water yourself first if they let you. I got 2 fishes. One bag hit at 38 ppt and the other bag 48 ppt. One of them pass away same day, I went back to return it and they didn’t want to give me a refund cuz of their policy .. I won’t buy again from there. They don’t know about salinity.

Came here to look at fish/ salt water ones. The lady was very rude and unprofessional. I couldn’t even get my words out to tell them I was going to size up my tank. Not giving us time to talk or say anything. Won’t be coming back.

The vet assistant choked my dog and held her in a headlock position as the vet stood there laughing. After my dog struggled to escape the vet assistant let go and said she's too energetic and didn't give her the shots she needs.

The cashier, despite belong alone up front, was able to take the time needed to help us find what we needed for our dogs.She was able to recommend a great probiotic and even went out of her way to find a store coupon for us to use. We really appreciated her courtesy and her kindness.
