I had amazing experience with grooming my Dog with Sharon. She was great with him and did a wonderful job at grooming my dog which had lots of tangled hair. He was not cut not even any of the place and I have had awful experiences with other grooming places. Thank You Sharon for taking care of my Coco. We will be back !!

Anyone that has a large/giant breed will know it’s not the easiest to find grooming spots from an affordability standpoint as well as team members willing to work with them. I’ve tried many grooming spots for my English Mastiff, and this is the only spot my dog is comfortable with, especially Jonathan. We will keep coming back because my dog always comes out clean, calm and well taken care of!

Jan 19, 2025: 11 15 AM: Fish section: Poor service. I went to this store to buy 4 - 5 female guppy fishes. I wanted a specific set of 4 fishes from a tank which had around 15 to 20
Guppies. The girl there told me that she will only pick random fishes and they are all the same. Not that this shop has all amazing fishes that we can just pick anything. Some of the fishes weren’t healthy. There are some dead fishes that are not even taken out. The laziness to just spend time on picking a fish from a small tank is atrocious. Also all the fishes are not the same. I am an aquascaper, fish breeder and do a lot of stuff related to this. I am not sure what qualification is needed for a person to work there. Senior employees: please educate your team.

I use the grooming salon. I find that they can be hit-or-miss. But lately they have been doing so much better. Just brought my two home from a bath and they look, smell, and feel great.
I would definitely recommend them.

PetSmart charities is a place I always donate to when I am there. Employees have only ever been friendly when I have been, and there is always one sale or another that is relevant to me.

They cancelled my appointment 4 times and today I went there 30 min late and they refused to take my dog. Just big corporate BS. The salon stinks. Don't go here.
