I had a really good experience here. I was greeted upon entering and the personnel were all really nice, attentive, and helpful during my entire shopping experience. The store is well-organized and clean. Don't think since the store is small it isn't worth checking out—they offer a ton of amazing items at fair and sometimes very good discounted prices.

Don’t even bother unless you want your time wasted and rude customer service from the manager (Blonde girl). She laughed at me for not having a receipt for an item that’s just as old as her. Disgusting customer service, can’t wait for the day people realize this place is a scam and gets shut down. Zero stars.

Worst yet in terms of selling complete waste of time even if items are NWT pristine condition and exactly what they sell they stop buying at random times in day without notice and almost everything is overpriced compared to other Plato’s. Don’t waste your time go to the other one or Uptown Cheapskate instead

Platos closet is my absolute go-to for selling and buying clothes! They always have gems and rare finds in store, and the staff is always courteous and helpful!

Every visit is great, I always leave with $55-$88 when selling! If you’re planning to sell, you have to keep in mind that they’re not going to give you big bucks on every item. This is only for when you’re actually looking to get rid of your things & not worrying about the amount you make. Don’t expect to make 100s on expensive shoes and purses just because they’re branded. If you want more money, sell on your own on apps like Depop.
