FedEx and UPS do not have my packages in the system, even though I have delivered two separate packages. When I looked at the receipt they give you when you deliver your package today, it says that they take no responsibility in case of loss.
This was my first time using this place and it was a completely horrible experience. I have never seen such a bad service, the package I delivered to them and received the receipt does not make any progress in the system. Label continues to be created. Do not use this location in any way. I suffered both financial and moral damage because of them. No one should use this place.

I went here to get my passport photos taken after my photos from CVS were rejected. I've been to multiple Walgreens and CVS locations- all of which had no photography station set up, and the staff had no training on how to take photos. At Postal annex, they have a fantastic setup
with the proper lighting and a professional camera. They know what they're doing!

They are cheater. I have urgent mail to do. When I went I thought it is direct FedEx service. When I did courier They clearly say mail will reach on Thursday and if you do direct from UPS it will reach on Friday. I did use their service and when I track my mail in UPS site it was showing It will reach on Friday. Really bad service . They are cheater.

This is a one stop Shop to get everything You need to do a Indian consular passport renewal.
Also, they are really really helpful and since are doing it for a while (i used their services in the thick of the pandemic in 2020, 2021, 2023).
They understand the urgency.
They notarise and take the photograph also. In general they are really helpful with the process of sending the documents across to the consulate services.

Dec-2020 Visit - Excellent Service. Had No trouble in getting documents notarized. Everything was done in just few mins.
Dec - 2023 Visit-
Best place to get Passport Visa Photographs.
Intially I went to walgreens/Staples/UPS, but the photo taken by them was underexposed, because of lack of Professional Studio Photography Lights.
But this place has it. And best part is at 30% cheaper cost than walgreens/Staples/UPS.
