I had a few issues while renting at this storage facility, but Fernando was very helpful and made sure everything was resolved.
He followed up with me and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. I really appreciate his customer service and thoroughness.

I've had this storage unit for about 7 years. ☺️ I'm a cake decorator and I store a lot of my supplies here because it is too much to keep at home. 🥴 I've never had any issues because it is climate controlled And there's multiple entrances to access the building. You can use the staircase or you can use an elevator. The property is always clean. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. If you are looking for a storage space, this is where you need to come. I've been here for years and I don't plan on leaving 🩵

I have only been their 4 months and they raise my storage rates $50+ . Im a senior citizen on social security only. I cant work now cauae of health reason. I amalso homeless right now. They used to work with you.i could see raising your rates ayear later $25 but 50 in 4. STAY AWAY

Very friendly and helpful desk attendant, John, was eager to answer any of my questions and show me multiple units so I could find the one I needed as well as explain to me how I could secure the best prices. Overall very pleasant 1st experience

I am impressed with the service I received today from a property manager named Raffiella who had the iniative to call me while I was reserving a storage space at Public Storage. Her on the ball and intelligent service was a blessing to me during a multiple taking effort that i was performing. Thank you.

I have couple of units in this location. Things got a lot better after John has come in as the manager. He is very proactive and responsive. When I pointed out the rusted handles of the shutter he immediately took note and when a shutter broken down, he was quick to look into it and fix it. I would definitely recommend this location based on his performance.
