Got my wedding reception outfit! Mother of the bride! Saw it and knew right away! My American bestie got her Indian outfit there too! The speciality wedding side service lady from Gujarat was patient and kind and their service was good! The main shop, I had to wait to ask as they were too busy talking to each other!

Hello,
Four days back the pair of Amrapali earrings I bought unfortunately broke in the back (the push also kept falling off the first time I wore them).
I've left the pair at the store in Edison for repair or replacement on Sunday, June 23rd, 2024.
I'm sure you'll do whatever is necessary to proactively prevent it from happening again.
Always have loved shopping at Pure Elegance Boutique and look forward to continue to do so.

Pure Elegance is a one stop shop for all Indian fashion needs in the US. I keep coming back to buy sarees and Anarkali sets from this store. They have great items, very unique and beautiful. I love love this store. The staff and owner are very supportive and help with everything and offer great customer service. Items arrive on time and let customers know timeline on custom sarees. Overall I have had excellent experience with the store and I am a fan. Highly recommend this store.

Rita and Niketa gave us an incredible experience! The customer service was great from the moment we arrived.
My friend and I were down to the last minute, shopping for wedding outfits because previous plans to find something at home had fallen through. We arrived with only 45 minutes left that evening to find something, because the wedding was the next morning. We talked about budget and they smiled and said they would find us something great. They asked a few questions about sizing and style, as we were looking for something ready-to-wear to an Indian wedding which had a mix of traditional and contemporary looks and ceremony choices. Rita and Niketa immediately scanned us by eye and had outfits and options ready. For me, the first one I went back with was the ONE. My friend found a designer blouse that looked great with the dupattā brought ahead from India. I found some gorgeous jewelry to complement my bright chartreuse color set as well, with assistance. (I appreciate that the jewelry is also crafted with such high quality, because I can get allergic reactions to some metals.)
Pure Elegance has something of quality for everyone. You get what you pay for, there is incredible service, and I would recommend them to anyone. We are grateful for our looks and memories made in them.
