Terrible customer service, no one answers the phones, get lost in an automated phone system maze. When you do get to a human they barely speak English and ask you for all the same information that you gave the automated system.

Good luck getting a copy your results !! They absolutely refuse to send a copy. Having worked in a medical laboratory, I know that's completely illegal!!!

My Gastroenterologist ordered a stool sample test very shortly before a 3 week trip out of the country. I called the lab and spoke to Carlos about getting the results as quickly as possible in case I needed medication before I left. Carlos went above and beyond to get the results and called me back a few times to keep me informed of the progress. I did need medication and because of Carlos I was able to go on my trip with medication.

BEWARE! I had a stool kit from this company given to me by my Gastroenterologist and the cost of the stool kit is INSANE. I have Cigna insurance and they will not cover any of the costs. I got billed $802 for the stool kit. Results came back negative for everything as well. Not worth it to me at all. Check with your insurance BEFORE even accepting a stool kit from this company. It’s expensive!!!

I had positive experience with this company. They provide for me and my son with the outstanding quality of service. The accuracy, the quality and fast results are the best criteria to subscribe this company. The company has a potential bright future in the way how they care about patients and perform their tasks. I’m thankful for their work and highly recommend this company for anyone who needs help and support.

Avoid QDX Pathology Services at all cost.
My gastroenterologist ordered a stool sample as part of my annual check up.
I have top coverage with Aetna and they didn't cover it do to being on off the following: - Experimental in nature - Still under investigation - Not proven to be effective - There must be medical proof they help people maintain (or return to) better health. At this time, the services and procedures aren't proven effective to treat your condition.
Aetna charged me $705, and the bill from QDX was $231. The total to me was $936 for a sample! To make things worse the sample came back with no result...
I do not recommend this provider!

Sent to lab and received next day. Fl to NJ. I texted Brandi and within minutes I had a reply. Brandi followed up with the surgeon's office and resent results. Heard from Brandi again results received. So thankful for customer service.

This lab really offers great service. I needed my medical records to be sent to my doctor promptly and I was lucky enough to get Mr.Daniel Santiago, who was very patient and instrumental in getting me the information I needed. Thank you very much for your help Mr. Santiago!

I had a wonderful experience today with Geri. She immediately texted me back and forth with information that I needed help with. She also called me directly on the phone as well to be sure I understood everything. This is my first time using this company and so far I can’t say enough great things about Geri and the services. I just used their texting service last night and spoke to Brandi. Now I cannot express how wonderful she was. She helped me with such grace, speed and went above and beyond what she needed to do for me. I myself work as a sales rep and deal with customers on a daily basis and let's just say people can be difficult and demanding so I know it's not always easy but QDX give this woman a raise! She was amazing!
Also to the negative review people it was probably your drs office that messed up as I found out my results had been faxed to them only 2 days after I mailed the test out. Make sure you're blaming the right people before posting your review. And no this is not a fake review. Thank you Brandi for all your help!

It has taken over 2 weeks to get my lab results absolutely awful I’ll be telling my provider as well to avoid this place. And this business seems to add fake reviews as well.
