I made an appointment online via their website to drop my car off at 1pm for routine service, and I marked the box that I did not have a ride. I received a phone call from the service center shortly after submitting the information to discuss me not having a ride. They said that since my car was not purchased from their dealership, I won't be able to secure a loaner. I asked what my options were, and was told that I could be shuttled to/from the dealership as long as it's within a 30 minute radius. I said that works, and asked how long my service would take. The rep stated for a standard service, it would be approx 4hrs. I asked if I rescheduled to an early morning drop off, if I could then pick it up that same afternoon, and the rep said yes, no problem. So, I changed my appointment to the first morning drop off time as they suggested.Fast forward to my appointment day. I arrived to drop off my car right on time. I sat in the waiting room for approx 40 minutes before being called up to speak to a rep about my service appointment. During that discussion, the rep told me that they were already backed up, and that my car would need to stay there overnight. However, if I was willing to wait there in the service center, I would have my car back in 4hrs. I told the rep that this would not work, and is also not what was told to me over the phone. I needed to be able to pick my car up that same afternoon and was assured by their rep over phone. He went and spoke to his foreman, and was not able to make any exceptions for me. He said my only options were to leave the car overnight, or to reschedule. I asked to speak to a manager, and after waiting for about 5 minutes, I could not wait any longer, and had to leave with my car to get back to work. I now have to try and find another place to schedule my service that will give me a loaner.A very frustrating experience given they were the ones to initially push me to reschedule the appointment for an early drop off and assured me I would be able to pick up that same afternoon.

SCAM ALERT!! I purchased floor mats on Aug 12th. A follPlace a call 4 weeks later and was told they were never shipped to the dealership, and once received I would get a call. Today makes 1 month and 3 weeks, and I make a call and was told they are in and we can install for a charge. Wow!LEVEL OF OVERALL SATISFACTION0LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE0

Finally got to review and share my experience with Ray Catena Jaguar of Edison. I was looking for F-type as a gift to my wife for March 8th Womens Day. I did my research and shop around comparing price from NY and NJ dealerships. I was impressed by professionalism and experience that Dan from the dealership demonstrate. He did research and found the car which was far better than I found in NY. Beat NY dealerships prices significantly and on top of it the car that he found for me was convertible.Now the part that I love to share is my “shopping experience”. It was such a pleasant and seamless process. Dan was professional, honest and these qualities are very rare in car industry. From all my car buying experiences that I had in my lifetime this one was the best I ever had. My wife was very happy with the gift.He also assisted me to get a custom plates and he handled all the process. Thank you Dan!I strongly recommend to all my friends and those who read this post, if you want to experience same excellent and professional service without pressure like I did then ask for Daniel Wang.

Worked with Anthony DeMonte, and could not have been more pleased or treated any better. He is exactly what you hope for when you walk into a dealership: honest, pleasant, informed and prompt. Over the years I've come to expect nothing less from Ray Catena, and I will be a customer of this dealership group for life.

Thieves. Do not use them. Brought my F Pace in for a small repair. They had the car 4 plus days (!) with no loaner before diagnosing the problem. It was a relatively small repair - total of about $450. However, they found "other" repair issues that were "necessary" that totaled another $9,000!!!!! AND they tried to sell me TIRES --even though my tires were perfectly fine, recently replaced and not old or worn at all. They pushed me hard to make the other repairs stressing that they were a "safety" issue. They were shocked when I refused all work and decided to get even the small repair job performed with a more reasonable (and honest) service provider. They even told me I should "tow" the car out of the dealership in order to take one last shot at scaring me into performing the repairs. Since declining the work they recommended, the car has been running fine - no issues - and I am having the small repair performed by someone I trust. It's a shame that service/maintenance has become a profit center for dealerships.

Was an absolute pleasure in vehicle shopping, bought a FPace first week of July'22. Cassidy, the sales consultant I worked with, was professional yet friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable of all Jaguar and Range Rover models, even when updates were happening in real time. She kept me informed with vehicle status and, once the right fit happened, she efficiently worked with my tight schedule to get the car out of the door in a couple hours, including speaking to my insurance and getting all loans etc in place. Importantly, they did not bill an upcharge over MSRP, as has been happening with many other dealers. Will be going to back to her, and this dealership, for future vehicles for sure.

Vincent Gambardella was the best!This was the easiest car salesman I have worked with.We spent 10 minutes on the phone and when I visited dealership everything was as he explain!5 star excellent service!!!Definitely will recommend Ray Catenary of Edison, NJ and Vincent to my friends!

I recently bought a Jaguar FType and it was a stress free experience. Sales person (JT) was extremely professional, knowledgeable & handled the process smoothly. I looked at 3 different cars, sedan, SUV & sport. He took the patience to go through all the options & really spent time explaining every single feature for me to make informed decision. I’m going back to shop another SUV there soon.

Well, I would like to share my experience with RCJ of Edison. I leased a F-Pace 4 months ago and let me tell you, I love my SUV. It's everything I expected. I will give the selling process a five-star rating but the post-sale customer experience it's the worse I have experienced after buying/leasing a vehicle. I leased a used SUV with 5K + miles on it. Got a good deal I think, but after I signed my contract, I was made aware the car only had one key. The salesman told me that a second set will be giving to me in two weeks at the latest. Well, it is now 4 months and my salesman (AD), has disappeared and I still don’t have the second key. I placed several calls/emails and backorder is the main reason for the delay. One of the managers (CR), is trying to help me but unless I call him, I don’t get any feedback. This is unacceptable but it is what it is. On the other hand, I have not recvd a call or an email from the maintenance department which means that I don’t know when I need to bring my car for service. Again, it looks like they care while the sale is happening but once the car is in your garage, you have to figure out everything else on your own. There are a few other things but I think you get the picture. One thing for sure, at the end of my term, I will go to another dealer even if I have to drive more. Thank you
