The service is not great if you don't buy the cars from them!
I brought my Porsche to be inspect for a sound, but they denied hearing it, but upon my return, the valet informed me about the noise.
After paying for 3 hours of labor that didn't pay off, I drove out with the noise.
Same with my Range Rover very lack of service

Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and unprofessionalism. I scheduled a lease return on Thursday June 22nd at 11:30, and specifically informed the front desk that my husband would be returning the vehicle on my behalf.He’s met with attitude and a liar at the front desk named Reveca Rivera, stating we didn’t have an appointment.Finally met with the second rude useless person of the day, sales woman by the name of Allyson Gutman. She was more upset about us not having an appointment then actually doing her job. When in fact we did have an appointment, it’s not like they were busy. My husband and I were on the fence on renewing the lease, instead of actually doing her job in getting a new deal, she decided to be a useless human being. Do yourself a favor, go to Benzel and Busch in Englewood if you’re looking to buy or lease a luxury brand.

This is my second trip to ray Catena, I see no need to go else where. As always I am expecting luxury, and excellent customer care and they do not disappoint. Tom Cola is very exceptional and of course experienced, I am always pleased when I am asked what do I need? This sets the in motion the tone for my needs as a customer to be satisfied.
