Bought my first pair of boots from redwing this past April , the salesman that sold me the boots told me hold the reciept and if anything happens to the boot within 12 months come back and they will exchange the boots with no questions asked as long as it doesn’t look like I damaged the boots on purpose. Well, the boots worn out in six months they’re killing the top of my feet because the stitching worn out and there is no support and the boots are bending and wearing and ripping the top of my feet I just went into store to return them and they denied returning them saying it’s only for 30 days well this is a manufacturing issue. It’s only been six months. Boots should not wear out in under a year that I paid almost $300 for It’s like a sales gimmick to get people to Buy their expensive boots that they have no intention of Truly exchanging for you if there’s an issue, I will be writing red wing. I will be calling corporate. I am very unhappy with this service At the store in Edison.

I am a customer for 10+ years and have no plans on changing that. I wanted to try something different because of some concerns I had with my own feet and the abnormal way I walk which results in the way my soles wear. The staff was quick with suggestions and details of different boot types. They gave me feedback on other customers with similar situations and paired with the shoe details together we were able to make a good educated choice. And it’s an important one, it all starts with the feet.
Can’t imagine having a better shopping experience. Thank you

I entered the store on Rt.1 no. Edison and explained the problem I have with my feet. Amy the mgr. was Amazing. She analyzed my foot size and walk. Within minutes I had results and the proper boots for my feet. Then was given choices for another work shoe as well. I suffer from diabetes so buying work boots isn’t easy or fun but Amy is a professional and that’s why I continue to shop at Red Wings, Edison,NJ.

I recently visited the Edison location to buy a pair of boots as a gift. They didn't have the exact ones I was looking for, but saleswoman then just walked away and could not be bothered helping me to find a different pair, so I left because I was annoyed.I ended up going to the North Brunswick location where the two salesmen were super helpful and I found a different, but comparable pair of boots.

Stopped in the route one Edison store for the first time in many many years and I was greatly disappointed. The customer service people were the most and friendliest and I'm social that I've ever ran across in many many years. I was just general shopping both of the customer representatives at that store on Saturday, October 28, 2023 should be looking for a new job. I was in there about 2 o'clock today really not interactive with the customer at all Got home with the work boots and I thought about it and I will be taking him back on Monday and going to another local redwing store and purchasing there because this store sucked
