I've been going to Dr Freeman for 25 years he was always a good doctor they sent me to Dr Hamer Don't ever go to her she cut me off my meds they know I have chronic pain I've had 12 back operations two neck operations hand knee and shoulder operations I suffer from chronic pain every day of my life and the one time I went to see Hamer she told me if I don't go on Suboxone they're not going to treat me anymore I've been on the same meds for 20 years I'm fine I could function a little bit with them I'm not in constant pain they know there's nothing else they could do for me shot wise or anything so they discontinue my treatment and threw me out today because I refuse to take Suboxone, was Suboxone I can't take my regular blood pressure medicine plus the sickness that it causes I don't know why they did that I'm fine with the meds I were taking but they just got rid of me so 25 years I've been paying him to give me shots and all these treatments and soon as he tells me that he can't help me anymore because I have such bad chronic pain they got rid of me you don't need that kind of a doctor it's all about the money apparently. Stay away if you need a good doctor .. if you really need a doctor find a different one one that cares a little bit besides the money because if you need shots and you always will if you go to Freeman because that's what he's all about. They also tried to pawn me off on one of their other doctors because I have a SI joint problem and he wanted to screw my SI joint together and I asked him why do you want to do that and have you ever done it before and he told me no I'd be the first person and Freeman wanted me to have it done with him they're just using people as guinea pigs so they can practice on you so they can be their own crooked doctors.walk away..run away

Good Doctor. Awful staff. If they communicate at all, it's rude. Staff never contacts you back no matter how many times you try. Keep being put on hold, leave voicemails, even text throu the portal...nothing! I was not given any options on where to go for testing. They chose for me without asking. They chose locations for me at least an hour away on the other side of the state. Called health insurance, they said it is the doctor's office discretion. This doctor's office will make me miss a full day of work! If I knew this, I would have chosen differently. If you are in pain and need help, good luck getting any attention here.
Update, after this happened, they messed up the date of my next available appointment and now I had to pay the price. New doctor’s office! Please!

I’ve been going there for years and have always been treated great ! The doctors and the staff are excellent ! Everyone is so friendly and helpful . Great Facility !

I am so glad I am not their patient - I called them to ask 2 simple questions 1) If they do the PRP treatment under guided ultrasound and 2) what is the out-of-pocket expense per injection (obviously no one can administer more than one at a time) and the receptionist was beyond RUDE and feisty repeating like a parrot that I have to come in first for a consult - and for that too could happen after 3 weeks - I explained 3 times about how severe of pain I was in and wanted to finalize a provider asap and am shopping for someone economical BUT she just wouldn't have it - Forget empathy or concern (BTW I could hear the Dr murmuring in the background - It was just pathetic !!! If this is how they treat an inquiring patient can only imagine the rest. I am so glad I found ""Comprehensive Care""" folks right in Edison

I had a great experience here. The pain specialist was knowledgeable and compassionate, offering effective treatments to manage my pain and improve my quality of life. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and respectful. The space was clean and well-organized. Highly recommend!

Everyone in this office is helpful, accomodating, and understanding! The staff at front desk goes above and beyond! They are wonderful, friendly, and very helpful! My Dr listens and explains everything so that I understand. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I met with Dr. Warren Grace a few weeks ago to discuss my painful back issues. He answered all of my questions and made me feel like I was being "heard". He didn't rush the appointment or make me feel like I was asking dumb questions. For the first time in a long time, I have hope and feel like I'm in good hands.

Nurse Jackie at Spravato her professionalism, and caring for her patients is top notch. Hopefully with the expansion, they put comfortable recliners and maybe an assistant for Jackie if she’s gonna have more patients so the quality of care stays the same.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️?

I can say this is best office I ever visited. Even though I'm going through my aches and pains. Edison redefine Healthcare front desk is the best. The women that assist you at the desk make you feel like your family. They keep up with my reminders for my appointments and they also call me if I forget one. I recommend this medical office to anyone even Physical therapy they are great.
