This store has become a nightmare ever since the new management took over. The employees treat customers with pure disrespect, glaring at people and assuming everyone is a thief. I was just browsing when I noticed her whispering about me to another worker. The service is atrocious, and the entire staff acts like they hate their jobs and the people who shop there. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy being treated like garbage.

I had the worst experience at this Rite Aid since the new owners took over. They treat every customer like a criminal, watching your every move as if you're about to steal something. One of the hijabi employees blatantly profiled me, following me around the store with a nasty attitude. When I asked a simple question, she snapped at me like I was an inconvenience, and another worker almost let a slur slip while speaking to me. The entire place has gone downhill, rude staff, awful management, and a completely hostile atmosphere. I’ll never shop here again.

I recently got a Covid-19 updated vaccination at the Edison store New Jersey. In the past I had it done at other RiteAid stores in NJ. Didn't have any issue at any of the stores except that I would like the pharmacist at the Edison store to get herself checked if she has Keratoconus, because the following day when I wanted to remove the bandaid it was firmly stuck way above the injection site i.e. where no injection was given and the injection site itself was left open!

This store is awful, the managers need training on how to run a store. The hours are way too short and unlike any rite aid I've ever seen. Only opens at 9am?! Anybody with a job starts work before that. Closes at 10pm?! Too early, and also not true. I was there at 9:50pm and they already had locked the doors. Terrible service.

The pharmacists on 04/17/24 didn't help at all. We came out of hospital and needed some medicine urgently. But gave us a reason that the doctor's prescription doesn't have the patient's address on it, so they didn't do their job. We spent hours try to find our doctor, and got an answer is they don't even need to have an address on it. The prescription itself has doctor's name, phone number and the hospital name on it. It's enough. We ended up getting the prescription at another pharmacy.

The pharmacist on 12/05/23 is an amazing pharmacist, if not the most amazing I’ve ever encountered. She would assist customers immediately and she obviously knows how to prioritize her duties. She also seems great with kids because she took the time to include my kid with the choosing of flavor for his medicine. She is awesome and the most helpful. On our way out, the staff by the cashier gave us a big smile while telling us to have a nice day. The staff in this Rite Aid rocks.

The pharmacist at this Edison location (Rt.27/Parsonage Rd) is professional and courteous. She treats you with respect, and answers questions coherently.

Price was good. Face to face the staff was helpful.Over the phone a frustrating experience. There was no phone number given on the bottle so I had to look it up on the internet. Took me a long time (5 minutes) to request a refill. Long yada yada before the option of requesting a prescription was presented. To get a refill I first tried to enter a 12 digit number that is in tiny print .For some reason unknown to me it did not accept the number I punched in. Had to wait about 4 minutes before pharmacy staff answered.
