Trucks are in great shape and they are attentive to problems and fix them quickly. One thing if you don't take the insurance be prepared to be bent over using their roadside assistance or repairs.

Stopped by for fuel No one showed up. I called them and was told that the dueler was on a 45 minute break. Really they couldn’t get someone else to fuel me

Reserved a truck, got there and it was ready to go.Clean and fairly new equipment in good condition.I would rent again if needed from this location.

40 minutes waiting to get fuel, this is the first gas station that they say they can't pump fuel while the fuel is been delivered. Mind blowing ?

Very unprofessional staff. Left truck for 3 weeks to fix intake air pressure low issue which is very simple to change the sensor to new one. But unfortunately they did not have their technician to understand and fix it. Instead to changing their they were just cleaning sensor and telling it is fixed. After 200-300 hundreds mile same issue was coming again. After that I visited several times almost every week but they have always problem like there was no technician at the shop or do not have equipment or parts. Never worked properly with truck which we leased from them. They just promise or work with emails sending back or forward information but not taking care of their trucks. Too bad. Supervisor you have to take of your business otherwise your place useless for Ryder and its customers.

BEWARE OF THESE THUGS!!!! Working with this company is an absolute harassment!!!!! Their crew is so rude and incompetent and not to mention their customer service.I reported them to BBB. Their customer service literally lies. I have 3 recorded conversations of people telling me 5 different things for the same order. They don’t show up on confirmed appointments and claim they had no space on their truck. And when you call customer service you get a different story and say there are no records and apparently a delivery was never scheduled even though I have email confirmations! Basically I am delusional.Also, they gouged a hole on my floor while delivering something but took off as I was taking pictures. Liars and thieves! The worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!!!!!

Do not use this delivery service. I scheduled my furniture delivery with this company and there was a no call no show. So unprofessional as I waited home all day for them to show up. Customer service advised me it had gotten too dark to deliver the furniture however this company didn’t even have the decency to call or schedule me for the first delivery the next morning. They advised me I would need to reschedule the delivery again. I recommend that companies do not use their services as it will leave your customers unhappy.

Great location their customer service is 2nd to none and the service techs are equally as great getting drivers like myself in and outta there as quickly as possible.
