Sally Beauty is run by very respectful people, with associates who are really sweet, friendly, and ready to help. Staff deliver incredible customer service, going above and beyond to assist customers with a smile, helping them pick out the right things. However, the location has faced issues with theft. A significant problem is the lack of products on the shelves, especially hair color, with many brown shades consistently out of stock for months. While the service is highly commended, there is a noted desire for more law enforcement in the area due to recurring incidents.
