Worst branch from Santander bank. Always long lines- cashiers very slow- when I want to do something on lunch time- they always have only one person -as cashier don’t care about clients.I am at that branch only occasionally- when I really need too- and a lot of times have to leave without nothing- Worst, worst , worst branch

Working with this branch have being very stressful and chaotic. I have spend hours and hours to resolve issues they them self coused. I stop two times to sign documents they need it. I continue receiving letter and emails, I called again and again and I was told everything was okay. I continue getting emails and mail, i stop at the bank , spoke to the banker sign forms again. And he advised they had everything and he was going to send all documents to their main office. Documents were never sent after 3 month dealing and trying to fix the problem all my bussines accounts where blocked creatring a chaotic situation for my business. Taking countless time that i could have use to work in my business. Meet more with customers, or at least have some time off. This situation started in March 2024. When my accounts where block I went to a branch in high end neighborhood. The treatment was totally different, they resolve the issue and unblock all accounts in 72 hours. Run away from edison amboy ave Santander bank. Every month they have a new manager, new people that have no clue of what's going on. this issue produced a lot of fees, and return payments that damage my credit. When I ask for a letter explaining the error they did they denied the letter. Leaving me with a little more problems to resolve do to their incompetence, and not caring about the customer. Is end of November almost a year has being taking by this bank a year i will never get back, and the result that I will have to continue to deal with until I am able to get my credit back up. This is the worst they can do to a business owner. I feel stollen of money and time

For 5 visits and 7!!! hours were unable to open an account. Either there is no time, then the systems do not work, then there is no coordination. Who will compensate for all this time? I don’t know who needs to be fired - the one who builds the processes or the employees, but it shouldn’t be like this - 7!!! hours and 5 trips to no avail. Something needs to change

Came here with my mom waited 50 minutes to cash her check never have I ever waited this long !!! no line no people in front or behind us ! Told us to go inside after we waited outside just to tell us to go back outside to wait even more !!! Horrible service DO BETTER !! Matter of fact if you reading this go somewhere else ! DONT HIRE PEOPLE THAT CANT DO THE JOB RIGHT

Leaving 3 stars because plenty of the workers at this location do try their best. However, Santander Bank as a place to bank with in general is absolutely terrible.

I walked to the bank to get quarters to do my laundry the female bank teller was rude to me after asking me to put my card in the reader I told her I have cash and she told me I don’t bank here I never bank here I was so disrespected I walked out , I will be going down the road to Clara Barton from now on when I do my banking

Ignored for over 5 minutes while waiting to be helped with question on opening a new account, while 4 staff and 1 manager worked at their desktop terminals - no other customers were present.

This is simply the best bank I've ever been to! Love the staff, never busy during the off times and have all accommodations available you would expect from a bank. If you hate banks as much as I do, this place may restore your faith.
