Everytime I come here I have hope, but will just shop online now. They look at me crazy, I had to match my own concealer what’s the point of working here if you don’t want to help?? Very rude unhelpful, beauty advisor curly hair glasses literally ignored me when I asked her for help nasty attitudes here, ridiculous.

I actually never shop at this sephora, but I went in to purchase perfume, I showed a photo to the young lady with the name of the perfume & the bottle. I gave the gift and it was the wrong perfume, I went in to exchange and the perfume was labeled with the incorrect name, I did tell the associate & the manager, the manager basically ignored me and said "oh yeah I'll fix that" it's a problem when the tables are not correct & everyone doesn't know the perfumes. It's costly and annoying also. To close it out, the manager helped me look for the perfume to exchange and never acknowledged the perfume was incorrectly labled. That's why the employees don't know it here, from a picture of the bottle and the name under!

Sephora stores are normally helpful but this Sephora is terrible for a consumer. Never trust the recommendations of those in all black but no Sephora shirt. They work for specific brands and will try to push that brand even if you want something completely different. Every single time I have been there recently, I am unfortunate enough to interact with these borderline scammers. Today I went in looking for Summer Fridays balms sets and she decided to recommend an Inn Beauty Lip Oil set?? Felt like this lip oil set was being pushed down my throat, even after I said, it’s for a gift and they requested Summer Fridays lip balms. Typically Sephora is great with their recommendations but it’s truly a shame that they have undercover people pushing their brands even if it is the opposite of what the person needs.

Sephora has won me over with their (Sample Packet) you basically purchase a pack of samples with different varieties of perfumes for an affordable price and it comes with a voucher inside, so whichever sample you like you get a travel size perfume for free using that voucher! I brought 3 so far! Thank you Sephora

I will highly recommend if you read this review not to go to this location. I stopped in there today to look at some clones, and pick up a travel size bottle, pretty much immediately entering the place as soon as I touched a bottle and I was trying to confirm it was men’s and not a women’s scent the attending approached me as if I was some bum off the street trying to put it in my pocket. After confirming it was a men’s travel size bottle I walked over to the cologne section to look at the bigger bottles, at which point, I realized nearly every attending in there was looking at me as if I was in there to steal stuff, lost my money due to that confrontation I received. Instead of being friendly and assisting as they should, they looked at me and I’m guessing because I’m in my dirty work clothes as if I was just a thief looking to steal it and run it don’t judge a book by its cover people that’s an age, old, saying, and it rings true I’m sure you’ll get other peoples money, but not mine

I’m a beauty insider member, Sephora menlo park denied me my birthday reward on my birthday month. Birthday rewards are not based on points you have and when I went to another Sephora in nj they were happy to give me my birthday reward providing them to see my license.

I'm a frequent Sephora shopper. I'm Rouge status, I spend a lot of money with this company. I'm used to being greeted when I walk in, asked if I need help and in the rare occasions when I do, I'm used to being escorted to the item I asked about. I went into this Sephora on Monday and was not greeted. Ok, no problem. I went over to the Sephora Brand makeup area looking for the Sephora Brand toner. I've never used that toner before so I assumed all Sephora Brand products were in one place. The young lady at the in store pick up counter did not want to be bothered at all. I asked where the toner would be and she very offhandedly said the skincare is back there. Oh ok... I went over to the Danessa Myrick area looking for foundation, the color I needed was not available. I was just standing there for a very long time waiting for someone to offer assistance. I ended up opening the bottom area myself and getting it. I went back to the front to ask where the Sephora toner was, four people seemed perplexed. Even the manager walked over to the Sephora makeup area and said no we don't have it.... I'm harping on this because it's the store brand!! Why doesn't anyone know where it is?! Finally Remy (sp) saved the day. He walked me over to the toner, told me about the two options, asked how else he could help me. Hats off to Remy. The rest of yall need to step it up.

Today I went shopping and the customer service is really the worst of all the Sephora stores I've been to, or I don't know if because I'm Hispanic it's the discrimination, while up to 2 people helped other clients, I asked for help and they didn't pay attention to me, then I told the cashier and she didn't help me either since I didn't have anyone to serve, most of the workers were talking to each other and they didn't even ask if one of them needed anything, really now the people who work give bad service as if one were going to ask them for a gift. Very disappointed 😞 with the service, I hope the owners train their employees better so that they can offer good service, and treat everyone equally.

came in at 7:35 and one of the women working started catching an attitude with my boyfriend. we saw her deny customers entry and she started raising her voice saying “the mall closes at 8:00!” and then when my boyfriend made eye contact with her she yells and goes “do you need help finding anything?” in a really rude tone from across the front of the store. i understand it can be inconvenient to have people come in 15 minutes before you’re supposed to close, but i went in and wasn’t even able to get the thing i wanted to buy because she was rushing everyone out.

I stopped by the other day to pick up the Haus Labs foundation, and was shade matched to my skin tone perfectly. Gail was so helpful in my process, and even made samples of the foundation for me to take and try on at home to see which one I liked best.

Jada was an ABSOLUTE gem!!! So sweet, extremely helpful, and super engaging with me and my friend. If you need help or advice with anything, I would suggest you go in looking for her. I’ll definitely be returning here, for the sole purpose of knowing I’m in good hands :)

The woman doing a face match on foundation left me hang dried. Said her phone was down & would returned & left me hanging an eternity & never returned. The other makeup artist got upset because I didn’t buy her products that she thought looked great on me, yet it was super dark. Weird experience is my point.
