Was having a problem with my SaniCompact. I contacted tech support and we determined it was a pump, and it was backordered. The pump would've taken months and after talking to the manager Jose, I had a pump the next day! The support makes the expense of the toilets WELL WORTH THE MONEY! THANK YOU SANIFLO SUPPORT TEAM!
