It’s impossible to get a fast coffee here takes forever to get it! Two registers and only one open too bad there is no other Starbucks nearby I would’ve completely avoid this one!

There was a very upset customer and the barrista chose to correct her about her order instead of trying to just take care of the issue. Although she added more to her cup the damage was already done. Not a good scene. Her attitude was very defensive. Our order was taken but I had to ask for a cup cozy for my hot drink as well as the stem to keep the drink from spilling in the car. My food was hot but I did nitice that it was not put in to warm up until I asked where it was. Was on our way to work, I was not the driver but you best believe I will not be back there.

Lovely place but the drinks are not always consistent as other Starbucks I’m used to visitingDietary restrictions: As with any Starbucks, do you have all different varieties of milk options; so quite goodKid-friendliness: It’s quite family friendly

The rude girl at drive-thru is she for real? And after all that gave me a stacked cups for one of the drinks. The black coffee i ordered was in a dirty cup with syrup on it that's why it was a double cup. The coffee was thrown out - I have no confidence in this store. She probably did something to the drink.

I hate to be a Karen but omg I had the worst costumer service at this Starbucks with this one older lady with glasses who took my order through the drive thru around 9:10 this morning. She rushed me and kept saying “anything else” in an irritated tone. Which I was fine with cause I also work in costumer service and I know it can get stressful but at least be kind and professional. But yeah so I basically forgot to order oat milk so when I got to the window I apologized cause I hate to be that costumer but I genuinely just forgot and I can’t have regular dairy. And this lady told me I had to go around and wait through the whole drive through all over AGAIN!? like girl what? I was about to be late to class so I just went inside this really nice girl helped me shout out to her! She deserves a raise she definitely handled the situation better than that lady. No hate to her tho but still lady with the glasses you should have better costumer service you where so mean. Ugh I just can’t stand mean people like please just BE KIND! ❤️

Routinely chaotic and slow. Seems like there are no systems in place. Just a horrendous experience day in and day out.

Mobile pickup - No acknowledgment of customer presence. Croissants just ok. All else as you would expect. Very good quality products in general.

Person at the drive thru at 9:26 am on 11/10/23 is extremely rude. I ask for median hot coffee with cream and sugar, and the female cashier asked me “How many sugar?”I said to her”just regular sweets .” “ How many sugar.?” “ Make it regular sweets.” “ How many sugar?” “How many sugar?” So horrible!!!

Pathetic service and arrogant service in charge… Super bad attitude. Provided me with increased bill and when asked instead of saying sorry, was saying take a credit or whatever but I can’t defend. Didn’t expect this from Starbucks. Please do inquire for such behavior…
