The worst Starbucks location ever. I’ve visited twice since moving to the area and even tried ordering once on Uber Eats. Horrible customer service and even worse drinks. I’m generally a patient customer who tips regardless but absolutely not at this location ! To top it off, the store is filthy. Don’t waste your time/money, go to the location in Barnes & Noble near by.

My wife's purse was stolen at the mall, when my wife went to go talk to security, they refused to help her. It's really sad how unsafe this mall is, if I was you I would to spend my dollars online, atleast your stuff won't get stolen.

Terrible service, counters where the sugars are filthy..looks like they have not been cleaned all day. Small pieces of paper all over. And very slow service. Never a hello or a thank you, waited 15 minutes for our drinks that tasted terrible..i think they forgot the espresso in our iced drinks. Very disappointing

This Starbucks messed up my order and I said it very specific. Jersey Starbucks sucks but I will give you guys props for having a Starbucks in Macy's cause let me tell you that's target shit and I've never seen anything like it....unfortunately that was the only impressive thing about this.

Got this cart for my daughter at Menlo Park mall, to find theres a cockroach crawling on it. I took my daughter out of the cart immediately. That thing gave me goose bumps. How gross was the cart that it had cockroach on it. Unbelievable!!! These carts needs to be cleaned daily!!!
