  The staff here are incredibly polite and I always have an amazing experience with them whenever I order from this location. I normally mobile order and receive the order on time, but recently the orders have been extremely late (given that it’s holiday season). I’m not blaming the staff in any way possible, rather the fault is to whoever is in charge of scheduling at this location. Are you serious? Who in their right mind would schedule TWO people during holiday season in a MALL?! These poor workers are being bombarded with insanely long lines and customers who request crazy things at the mobile order pick up section of this location. Somehow, they are all still so polite and keep their calm. Two people running the register, taking orders, making the drinks, AND preparing the food two days before the New Year is just ridiculous. Hats off to these employees. For the people saying in their reviews that they’re slow - no they’re not. This location is extremely underscheduled. Two people can only do so much at a time. I’m not even upset that one out of the two items I had ordered in the app ended up being unavailable AND had to wait over 25 minutes for the order. Rather, I’m upset that Starbucks seems to think that it’s okay to have two employees running the entire location during the holidays. I was there on 12/30/23 around 5:55pm. The two workers (one male and one female) were doing the best they could — THANK YOU! Please add more staff so things can run smoothly and your staff won’t be so overworked.

  If I can give this place 0 stars I would . I waited a whole hour for a frapp , I would of had to wait longer if I didn’t go off . This the slowest Starbucks I ever been too and I work at Starbucks my store is better . Customer service is awful they don’t even call your names for your drink or food . The guy made my frapp wrong I asked for almond milk he put whole but I still walked away with my drink because I didn’t wanna wait another hour

  The two baristas who handled my order were exceptional. Despite it being around closing time, they were very friendly and informative of the options. They made me an excellent chestnut praline. Thanks guys!

  delectable <3 staff very nice and answered my questions about ingredientsDietary restrictions: good gluten free options!! off the top of my head gluten contain ingredients include the caramel sauce, the java chips and the apple syrup, though there are probably more i’m missing, there are plentiful menus/ blogs online detailing options and what to avoid :)

  The place was dirty, they had all the milks out. They took more than 15 minutes to take my order. Baristas were not placed on their stations properly and they didn’t follow Starbucks recipes to make the drinks, I ordered a simple shaken espresso and the woman didn’t even shake my drink. I asked her to shake it and she gave me attitude saying she has worked there for 6 years. They were rude not only to me but other customers and they didn’t have pikes place coffee or the Guatemalan coffee ready ether. What’s Starbucks without coffee?

  This Starbucks in food court of Menlo Park mall is terrible. Every time we ask for anything they always out of it. They are out of earl gray, out of peppermint, out of half and half.... We returned the coffee back because they gave us milk saying it's half & Half. When we returned it they said sorry we only have milk, I told them you should say that. I gave them one star which they do not deserve it. The workers does not to work. Terrible.. terrible..

  For glass of water you need to wait in the line yet your order is already being made. Does not make sense. But yeah I asked 3 times and they say to wait in line. Even though you have already ordered.Additional details:There were 2 girls and 2 guys 1 girl took my order and one tall guy made my order of 2 hot drinks. Not sure who was the short guy with glasses with him but he was refusing all the time and he was pushing me to wait in line while I was already there made through line, ordered and ready to grab my order.
