I had a fantastic experience at store #70916-305805 today. Jackie and Kylie were both very professional and very nice, each a great representative of the company. Jackie helped me with a suggestion regarding my drink order which made for a much better experience for me. Kylie was extremely efficient in the preparation of my drink and even made a little latte art just for some extra fun. I rated the atmosphere the way I did because this location is in a food court. The actual Starbucks structure in the food court was well maintained and looked very appealing. I rarely leave reviews for Starbucks but I feel both Jackie and Kylie needed to be properly recognized. Great job to both!

Terrible customer service from their employees. Place the order and after waiting half an hour they say you didn't pay.You have to show the bank application so they can see your payment, and they treat you with indifference. They should train their employees.??

I have to say this was the most unprofessional encounter I have ever had. My encounter was with one of the managers "Mike", once I got to the register he starts off with such a poor attitude. It was my first time ordering a specific drink and I didn't know how I should order it, I was asking questions and instead of trying to answer my questions he starts to say "your not ordering this right", rolling his eyes, using an aggressive tone with me. The way he was speaking to me was as if he did not want to do his job or to belittle me. The cherry on top was when he started to CLIP HIS NAILS AT THE REGISTER. That is unsanitary, how could he be allowed to do such thing? The cameras should get checked out on how their employees are at this location because that was absolutely unprofessional and disgusting.Professionally, what he should've done was to explain to me how the drink is made in order for me to know how I should order it nor CLIP HIS NAILS AT THE REGISTER. Nonetheless, he did not have to be so aggressive with me. I am not sure how a manager like this couldv'e been picked with such poor customer service.

The worst experience ever, they charged me for the coffee and she said you didn't pay I showed her that they charged my card and she still keep telling me you didnt pay . Her name is Olivia . Please return my money

I ordered the Trenta size of cold drinks today, but it was not full, so I asked them to fill it up. At this time, an older female clerk said to me, "You don't want ice," and then walked away with a refusal. Her attitude was bad and made me feel like I was here to cause trouble. Fortunately, At this time another young female clerk came over and helped me.I don't want to cause trouble, but I don't want to have this happen again, so please tell me if I order a cold drink without ice, will it be full or not?

Easy to order with their mobile app. This Starbucks is inside Macy's. There are plenty of seats for you to take a shopping break.I ordered a strawberry acai refresher with an extra scoop of freeze dried strawberries. They plump up after a while so ask for a spoon. Hubby ordered a sweet cream cold brew. That one is decadent! Considering there was a line and only one young lady who not only handled the cash register, she also made the drinks. She was quick and very efficient. She always had a pleasant smile on her face. She is the all star employee!Service: 5/5Efficiency: 4/5Beverage: 3/5Value: 2/5Cleanliness: 2/5

No complaints! It was a standard small kiosk Starbucks in the middle of the mall. No seats, outlets or anything like that, purely a to-go place. Order came out quickly.

Inattentive - Starbucks needs to allow items ordered via the app easily accessible to be picked up by the customer without asking employees. Employees are inattentive or disregard the customer when you try to pick them up.
