Well if you want to join the club of getting taken advantage of go here. I went in to flat out buy a phone today. I left with the phone on monthly installment, phone going to the wrong address, charged me for a charger and screen protector which I declined. Then told me it was mandatory with a trade in. I immediately called customer care and they told me everything she said was not true. Also Apple care is cheaper at the Apple Store and you don’t have to pay a connection fee. Also they don’t work off commission so they are genuine. Stay away from this store!

Lots of Fraudulent information. They demanded that we have to buy a couple of accessories to get a promotional offer on iPhone 15Pro but when we checked online there was no offer. The store guys are obviously lying. I did not order a mobile. Only after reading some reviews I realized how lucky I’m.

The store is clean and well maintained. However, the store associates are deceitful. Instead of clearly sharing promo/rebate details, they will trick you saying it’s a “bundle” offer and ask you to purchase accessories and other stuff. Unfortunately, we fell for it and feel taken advantage of due to this practice. This is not a single associates, this is a standard practice at this store as I heard multiple associates pitch the “bundle” offer to other customers. The true promo is buy or add a new line and get $200 rebate, but obviously that’s not how they pitch it to their customers.To the store management, your customers are your #1 priority. I get the fact that you’re in sales and any upsell/attachment matter for your KPI’s, but this is not the way to do business.To potential customers, they will look kind and customer focused, but make sure you review all promo before you go in. Or simply put, do not fall for their bundle offers.

I was lied to by a worker. Pls do not take their word for it. I was tricked into signing up for 3 Air tags at a promotional rate of $5 every month. When received my bill for the following month. It was something else. It was more than what I was told. When I tried to return them, I was told I am unable to do so. At no time did that worker told me I was signing up 2 years contract for air tags. I learned my lesson. The air tags suck and drain batteries fast. The workers are liars and decieve customers. I will never recommend T mobile or that store to anyone. Stop cheating your customers.

Bad experience. Lots of lies and wrong info. I was told the phone was free but bills shows 30$ per month charge for next 24 months. I was forced to buy accessories for 300$ with a promise of 200$ rebate. I am stuck with bad T-mobile service until I pay off the phone. I went and called the store multiple times to no avail. My bill is 232$ for 3 lines.

I had an exceptional experience at T-Mobile today while trading in my new iPhone 15 and transitioning to a family phone plan. Tony who was an assistant manger’s there displayed remarkable patience and professionalism as they guided me through the process, which included adding my family to the plan. Despite its complexity and the nearly 3-hour duration, he remained dedicated to ensuring I obtained the best phone and plan for my family's needs. What's more, his colleagues Jon and Hikanshi were both extremely helpful and made the experience stress-free and pleasant. I would definitely come back here again. The entire T-Mobile team was so kind and helpful. I'm truly grateful for the outstanding service. <333

Hikanshi, the manager at T-mobile gave us a great deal on four lines. her explanation on service plans were thorough. Even the sales associate Ivan helped us out with the process and explained us everything for the plan. I would definitely recommend this store.
